Very good items, beutifull store and very professional staff.

Prada is, of course, a very expensive store in a very expensive city, but the staff are nothing short of wonderful. Extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, the sort of people you want to have a drink with after you shop there. Feels like I am back in Milan thanks to the warmth of their staff. One of my go-to shops on the Bahnhofstrasse.

There are 2 boutiques @ bahnhofstraße that are just perfect! Prada is one of them! The customer service is excellent!

Good service for luxury brand.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at this branch. The staff(Daniella) was attentive, the ambiance was elegant, and the products were exquisite. However, it would have been nice if they offered water to enhance the overall customer experience.

I always loved the brand Prada and this store in Zurich is no exception. Excellent and professional staff, always willing to help and even give personal advice. I come here very often when i stay here in Zurich. The store itself is exactly what you expect from Prada, very nice. The products are good quality and they have a wide range of selection in the store. One of my favorite brands/stores here in Zurich.

This was a place OF great experience in Zurich, Switzerland. My aunt bought a bag here and I went to see upstairs. My God, so beautiful, but prices are so high!

I suffered racism inside that store, I went in to buy glasses, I tried on some and I didn't like it, I left the store and when I was on the street, the Prada security guard went to the street to pick me up and made me go back to the store because they mistook me for a thief... the worst day of my life, I had no reaction and I felt pressured by the sellers, and by the security because I was going to call the police!!! it was humiliating for me and they came. with a bottle of champagne and a wallet and they gave it to me so I wouldn't make a fuss!! Racist !!✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
