They take care of your needs and it make sure that you improve the way you see. Example: I came with a eye check prescription. They were not convinced and they did the test twice, one in the evening and one the morning after to make sure that I could have a pair of glasses that I could be satisfied with. The final product (glasses) is not cheap, but it comes with a premium that I think it is worth the investment if you use glasses on a daily basis. Highly recommended to all those people that value premium product and services and they are willing to invest on it.

He was making me feel comfortable throughout the entire examination process, he explained everything to me and he was helping me to understand all the different kind of problems with my vision(which btw never happened in the Augenklinik in USZ, where I originally went for eyetest). I booked an appointment online on Sunday evening. I had a consultation on Monday that lasted about 30 - 40 minutes. I picked up my new lenses and frames on Wednesday at noon. I am extremely satisfied with my experience, and have a high degree of confidence that I have received professional, top quality eye care. The shop uses all the lastest testing equipment from Zeiss, and uses that equipment in a very structured fashion. If I compare this experience to the three other optomitrist / eye glass shops I have used in the past, the Zeiss Vision Center in Zürich ranks number one by a wide margin. Marco Rihm assisted me and was professional, efficient and friendly. The price was not cheap, but it was not off the charts expensive either. And high quality service and lenses are never cheap anyway. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The store provides very fancy tools to test your eysight and the staff is very friendly. As a first-timer the staff accompanied me along the selection process for my new pair of spectacle lenses. They explained me all the differences and provided some insights on how a given selection would feel like. After having chosen the type of spectacle lenses, they analysed my face with the given spectacles in order to provide the production instructions for a flawless alignment of the lenses according to the spectacles. The final result was pretty good and I wear my spectacles with a good feeling. Nevertheless, I was surprised by the engraved logo of Zeiss on my lenses. Unfortunately, I did not know that and do generally not like to wear stuff with easily recognisible logos. Furthermore, they informed me after the lenses have been produced, that a given preference was not possible. Usually, this should be done beforehand, as it might be a deal breaker, such as the thickness of your glasses. To sum up, a pretty good store and an interesting experience.

I had come to the Zeiss Vision Center last month to get a pair of lens for a set of frames I had. I cannot recommend ZVC enough. I was tended to by Marco, the store manager himself (with excellent English), who took the time to focus and listen to what I required and then offered solutions and alternative solutions (not overselling anything, but to meet my current needs, with the added consideration of potential future needs).
