This review is only for the Interdiscount on Löwenstrasse 52, 8001 Zürich generally I would give most other stores higher ratings The store is very small and cramp and because of that always seems messy. Maybe they were just busy but I found the staff unhelpful almost to the point of being rude, when I asked for help about a product just pointing to an ad and never returned. I left without making a purchase.

One month ago  I purchased a brand new mobile phone from their online shop. I was excited to have purchased it but very disappointed to find that the phone was poorly produced and stopped working within a week .The phone worked fine for the first week, but then suddenly froze and stopped working. I have talked to one of the  representatives over the phone  but as per their rule they cannot replace it since 14 days had passed  they count from the date we ordered .Actually i received it after 20 days.they are telling i should talk with the courier service about it .so where is their responsibility? it was a company defected phone. The model of the mobile phone is the samsung 20fe . I am very disappointed with your poor service.please be careful when you order something from interdiscount.i have paid the full amount of money and i got a defected phone and they are repairing it any giving back as a customer dont i have any right to get it replaced? I am totally disappointed and unsatisfied with the act.so i recommended please be careful before order something from here.

Service could be better. As long as you know exactly what you want when you get there you're well served. Else wise it's better to pay a bit more but get good service and information at another store.

Trying to return a TV that was defective from day 1. Not only they charge you 250 CHF (yep even thought its their fault) as i have been trying to return it for 2 months with no success and they already told me it will take them 2 to 3 months to repair... it worked (badly) for 3 months only
