For a long time, we had been looking for bed throws made of attractive materials. I learned that weaving machines limit the width of most products offered in stores to a width of 130 to 140 cm. During a visit to the Landesmuseum in Zuerich, I became aware of ZigZag's products. The staff in the ZigZag showroom were amiable and gave me competent advice. I chose a bedspread from the Mona line, which is available in 14 colors. The product was delivered within 14 days as promised. If needed, individual sizes can also be ordered for an additional charge. I am delighted with the quality of the products, the service, and the website. Therefore I can highly recommend the company!

I recently ordered about eight pieces of ZigZagZurich's beautiful yarn dyed, vintage Egyptian cotton bedlinen. I spent about $1,100. A few weeks after the linen arrived I received a Fedex bill for $73, to cover customs duty plus a fee. I called FedEx to check whether the charge was correct. Since they couldn't give me a definitive answer I contacted ZigZagZurich. I wasn't expecting any credit from ZigZag. I just wanted to check that the amount was correct, and that I was liable for it. Mario replied very promptly, explaining that the reason I incurred the charges was because my purchase was over the $800 duty free limit. Mario then gave me a voucher for a $73 credit on a future purchase. I was really impressed, not only with the efficient and professional way in which my question was answered, but with their generous, and smart reaction. What a pleasant surprise to deal with a company that sells very high quality, reasonably-priced goods and treats their customers so respectfully and politely.
