I went dancing for the first time to this place with friends and there was bartender girl (I reckon german) in the bar treated us in such a rude only because we ask if there was something special for people having a birthday. You guys should choose your workers carefully -it's pretty obvious if you're working with ppl, you need to at least treat them kind. Else the place was nice.

Salsa parties every Monday and Friday. The best (only?) Monday night party in Zurich. Beginners for the first hour - all experience levels after that. Great atmosphere and music. All levels welcomed. They offer fabulous classes for all levels too!

I'm visiting from Miami and this place was such a blast. I found that all levels of proficiency looked and felt more than comfortable on the dance floor. I highly recommend it.

Not biggest, but may be the best salsa party in Zurich (especially on Mondays). Mostly Cuban style. Their dance school is very sound, too.

In addition to the comment below. The bartender was an older blond women very impolite and atrocious customer service. Basically it was evident she didn't want to be there. Such a pity for a nice place.

Having learned and danced in many schools, I find Salsarica the best and the most friendly dancing school in Zürich. Competent and engaged teachers which transform ordinary people into a community of dancers, cool barkeepers which take care of your bag while you are on the floor and crazy DJs - all totally addictive, we just love it.

From my rich experience as dance practitioner and researcher, it's one of the best dance schools in the world specializing in Latin dances like Casino Cubano & generally Salsa. Most professional and at the same time open, inclusive and witty, beautifully transmitting the best what dance can do. Broad choice of courses to learn for all possible levels, and opportunities to practice at various parties, where one feels safe. Plenty of variations, not just 1:1 but also Rueda de Casino, which is incredibly much fun. Unlike many other schools, you don't need a dance partner to attend: they are very kind to find an equal number of females and males for each course. Strong in teaching, entertaining and just in being human!

No air conditioning! Feels like a third world country. Well even in Mexico and Russia they have air con…

Looking for an social activity as I arrived in Switzerland, I registered myself alone to a salsa course. I discovered such a wonderful place that I wonder how I did before to live in Zürich without knowing it. Courses are very well-organised and constructed in a way that you can quickly have results. Administration and organisation are examplary, people open and very-friendly, ruedas are magic and salsa parties fantastic! Definitely the Best salsa place in town!

The place to be to learn Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba... etc. You can sign in alone, a great office team will always do their best to organise you a partner. Lessons you miss you can keep and use when you have time. Every monday and friday party!
