Came from London and wanted to buy headphones for my trip around Switzerland. Called the store to ask for the Sony headphones and person told me that they have the ones I need available in stock. Didn't have too much time so rushed to the store, waited for 15 mins in the queue and asked for the headphones. The salesman (guy with beard and glasses) went to a room and brought the headphones and put them in the plastic bag. I was very happy until I went to the hotel and noticed that the headphones were used and the packaging was resealed with tape. I spent full price for a used item - I would have returned these if I had the time. It's a scam!

Personal is very nice. Unfortunately the shops never have products, therefore is useless to go there, just buy directly online

This Zentrum is one of the rip off parking places, so forget coming here with a car to shop at this interdiscount. Ideal if you come here with Public transport. This is one of the lifeless shopping places - so dead that you might think there is a funeral service.

On the 3rd of January, I bought a laptop in online shop of interdiscount. On the 7th of January, my husband picked it up in Oerlikon. At home, we just opened the box and realized that it is too small. We did not switch it on or removed the cover. The only thing that we did is we cut the scotch tape to open the box. We put it directly back in the box and the next day brought back to the shop to exchange it for the bigger one. We were told that we have to return this computer, wait for a refund and after we purchase a new one. The employee number 9753 did not notify us that will be charged 20% of the total amount for cutting the scotch tape on the box. I was very much surprised when I received less. I called customer service where I was told that causing damages to the scotch tape is enough to be charged CHF 380. He added that after this damages Interdiscount would not be able to sell this computer and advised to write an email. Consequently, I have 2 questions: 1. Where do you buy a scotch tape? 2. Are you nuts?
