    Recommend this practice 0. I am refused an appointment because I don't have a family doctor and can't provide a prescription. I don't even know this kind of behavior from hospitals. Change your information regarding self-referrals on your website!!

    This is not where you go with any kind of moderate to severe rheumatic disease activity especially if you have previously suffered a misdiagnosis and or trauma of any kind! Get second opinions to those you receive at IZZ regarding everything, in particular regarding diagnosis and necessary dosage of prescribed medication in particular regarding your personal maximum prednisone dosage. Get copies of everything and never go to appointments alone. Ensure you receive options! I would not recommend IZZ for serious rheumatic diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis or Lupus which require proven targeted systemic therapies (not prednisone or experimental) and close monitoring. See other reviews. Also, one secretary is exceptionally rude and likes to act, in many ways, as a barrier to care (Schlatter) preventing one from receiving effective medical help.

    Attention: entrance is close to tram station. Maps showed it on the opposite side of the building. This is a thank you for providing Covid-19 boosters after 5 and not 6 months. I feel know more secure visiting vulnerable relatives over Christmas.

    The team was great but Mr. Hauser was far too emotionless. Wanted an exact answer to each of his questions, which I couldn't always give. And the constant questioning of whether I had been vaccinated against Corona was annoying, especially because I was there for something completely different. When I said no, he asked why. I can no longer recommend this practice

    They're very slow to send you lab results when you need to change doctor. Almost impossible to get them on the phone and they don't answer emails rapidly. When they do answer email, they promise to send the results in a week, which they don't do.

    Konnte kurzfristig den Booster machen wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. Die Begrüssung jedoch am Empfang lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Dame rechts neben dem Lift Ausgang war aber sehr unfreundlich. Kein hallo, kein guten Abend, kein nehmen sie bitte Platz! Null, keine Reaktion obschon ich fast eine Minute neben ihr stand. Schade müssen sich diese Angestellten keine Mühe geben und aufmerksam und freundlich sein. Der Staat bezahl ja schliesslich und somit bin ich kein Kunde sondern nur eine Nummer.     Dr Hauser is competent, answers all questions, and gives time to explain the labo results, I'm glad to have him to follow up my case. I'm happy too with the ladies in the reception and labo.

    I am not satisfied with the treatment at the IZZ. Ms. Mlinarczek is unable to adapt to the other person and does not listen properly. I didn't get an ETH degree in a biological discipline only to be treated like someone who couldn't spell the word allergen correctly. She only wrote a report for the family doctor when asked.
