While visiting Lugano, I fell and hurt my ankle. At Kinetic Center, I was treated professionally and efficiently by staff who really cared about my recovery. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physiotherapy services, whether they are from Lugano or are just visiting!

I've been to a lot of physio clinics in the past, but this clinic is my absolute favourite. The therapists are very knowledgeable and pay close attention to work with you every step of the way towards your recovery. They are gentle and well trained and I would encourage anyone with a lingering injury, or joint & muscle pain to use this clinic. The facilities are very clean and quiet, and has the feeling of a recovery spa. If I could give more than 5-stars to review this place I would. I had a sports related shoulder injury and the physiotherapists knew exactly which muscles to strengthen in order to help my body recover quickly, efficiently and effectively. Absolutely in love with Kinetic Center! I'm currently in my 3rd trimester and suffer from severe chronic back pain due to a spinal injury from a car accident years prior, which is now of course enhanced by the added weight of the belly. The physiotherapy has literally saved my body and my mental health during this time. My pregnancy has been smooth except for the usual ailments and it's in big part because of Kinetic Center. They know how to treat you like a complete VIP, from cold water stations to cappuccinos and the little stations offering tissue boxes to go, to the giant pregnancy pillow with the belly cutout, it's just the beginning of an incredible experience. The physiotherapists are always courteous, on time and find exactly the spots to relieve pain. I've personally worked with Chiara, Maria, Annalisa and Elisa and each and everyone of them had their unique superpowers and makes you feel a million times better upon leaving. This is hands down the best physical therapy center I have visited! Not only is the staff knowledgable, but the center itself is brand new and helped make the rehabilitation process much smoother. I came in with a knee ligament issue that had been bothering me for some time and after a week of treatment I am already noticing a clear difference. Excellent service!

I went to the Kinetic Center in Lugano for shoulder tendinitis. I have been carrying this pain for more or less 6 months, but after just the first appointment with the physiotherapist, I felt great relief. I didn't know about therapeutic percutaneous electrolysis (EPTE), but thanks to this therapy, together with the massage and Tecar sessions, I found enormous benefit. I sincerely thank all the staff for their professionalism and attention. I recommend this physiotherapy center to everyone!

Convinced of doing classic acupuncture, I went to the Kinetic Center, a physiotherapy center in Lugano, under the advice of my orthopedic doctor. I discovered that Dry Needling is not the same thing, same needles, but it treats the muscle more deeply. They immediately resolved all the contractures that I had been carrying with me for years.
