A nice casino,the only fact I didn’t enjoy is that there were no music and I got a little bored. Not entertaining like most Uk casinos for example.Bar prices a bit high but normal for Switzerland standards.

Went with my girlfriend on Swiss National Day and won a 10 Fr promotion drawing after entering. Was told it is already on my card even though I never gave them it??? When we inquired about it after checking they were asking us about a 3rd card that we should have received at the door (before I even won?) We watched someone else win and receive a card immediately with the credit at the promotion table and it became clear that they chose not to offer me the credit. After some confusion and nonsense questioning the manager just threw his hands up and said idk. We ended up leaving. Truly bizarre as I've never experienced a casino act this way and not honor their own promotion and of such little value? The venue is mostly slots and the card games had little attendance.

Wow! Hands down the best service I have ever gotten at a casino. Gorgeous casino with a wide selection of slots and table games. Upon entering I was immediately offered drinks, and even dinner with just a couple hundred wagered. The pit bosses were very kind and helpful as were the dealers. Additionally they had the best blackjack rules of any EU casino I have been too. 10/10 would recommend.

Favorite Casino in Switzerland - Great club, most attractive crowd to be found anywhere in the whole country - phenomenal food, card tables and drinks - best decadence and atmosphere - I highly recommend - only reason 4 stars is because lack of service, but well worth putting up with

NO POKER, Location ok. Staff ok, vale-parking. Lots of slots (which i don't play) But very sad that casino advertise: poker cash games everyday. Went to make sure during daytime, "yes we have game at evening" so I came again twice on evening and no game.. "it's very rare we have poker, last time we had game 2 month ago"

Fun experience to explore it once, but as it is a casino, just bear in mind to only take as much as you’re willing to play on! If you wear any caps you have to be ready to turn it the other side (security reason)!

Nice casino with super helpful staff. I played slots which there were a bunch of different ones to try. Nice that you could play and get paid back in euro or franc. Would totally visit again.

One of the best casino in town logano

It's definitely one of the best casinos I have visited. The atmosphere is very nice, the slot machines are all clean, atleast the ones I used and seen, they also give out drinks but that's normal in a casino especially when we are literally giving out money for free. They also keep your stuff in a storage of their own if you so desire. There is also a restaurant inside with amazing food, it's well worth a visit. The system to take out the money is also very simple.
