Went
there
to
buy
my
fiancée
her
fourth
Vuitton.
They
were
busy
so
we
waited
awhile.
The
representative
Roberto
C.
was
very
nice
and
gave
us
water,
use
of
the
bathroom.
My
fiancé’s
friend
also
wanted
to
buy
a
bag
too.
The
problems
started
when
Roberto
said
let’s
combine
the
two
bags
into
one
purchase
using
two
different
cards.
Apparently
the
VAT
starts
at
3000
Swiss
Franks.
So
my
card
went
through,
but
the
friends
card
was
declined.
So
she
did
not
purchase
a
bag.
Now
Roberto
says
he
has
to
refund
my
money
and
do
the
transaction
again
for
one
bag
only.
Now
my
card
is
declined,
so
I
use
another
card
that
was
accepted.
For
some
reason
my
first
card
is
now
locked
and
can’t
be
used
at
all.
Two
days
later
I
call
the
credit
card
company
to
find
to
my
surprise
that
I
was
credited
for
one
bag,
the
bag
I
bought
with
the
other
card,
but
the
friends
bag
that
was
NOT
purchased
was
charged
to
my
first
credit
card
for
$2,458.77.
Now
I
have
to
spend
an
hour
or
more
talking
to
the
disputes
department
and
send
pictures
of
the
receipts
to
them
ON
MY
VACATION!
I
expect
Louis
Vuitton
to
remedy
this
fiasco
and
reprimand
Roberto
C.
so
he
doesn’t
make
mistakes
like
this
again.
Obviously,
he
is
incompetent
at
his
job.
I
won’t
be
buying
any
more
Louis
Vuitton
again!
