Thank you for your dishonest reply, which of course i will not let it slide, as you mentioned below, "If this message is your last word towards our structure, which is unfortunate because, everything has been clear on our side and we have tried to reach a common agreement without envy on your side, we would ask you to adjust your payment situation so as not to create recovery procedures, which we do not like to do." My last treatment in your clinic was in 2019 and you are ABSOLUTELY aware that i do NOT own you a single penny as i have paid my entire bill in due course in 2019. Only then, did i ask for the retainer that was included in my discussion with the dentist. You know very well that i have no open invoices and that there's no recovery process BUT considering you do not have any constructive feedback you are trying to mislead the public with non-existent payment issues. Again, all this proves is your dishonesty. I just hope that i have enlightened the public and i will continue to do so as much as possible.

Very satisfied with the level of service and follow up I received. Originally went for a second opinion for a cracked tooth and was impressed by their onsite imaging and availability of highly specialized staff members and personalized care. The staff as a whole is courteous and capable. Got dental restoration and wisdom teeth with them and am quite happy with my choice. I will be travelling from Lausanne for the foreseeable future.

They are very very nice! Dr angelakopoulos and Fillo are very nice, for context Im 13 and I had a cavity and they were my dentists for the day, they let me put on music and they actually liked the music I played too!! :) they allways made sure I was comfortable, and that the procedure didn’t hurt. I get very nervous before a dentist appointement, but I wasn’t nervous at all when I got there, So overall I would say that this is a great place for your children to go to for dental care!! 10/10 :)

I visited this place today with some emergency, I called last night and they got me 8am appointment and no wonder why it has only good reviews. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. ( we should admit that we don’t see this often in Geneva) From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and promptly seen by the dental hygienist. When it came time for the dentist to do the examination, she was equally thorough and attentive. the facilities were clean and modern, and the level of care I received was top-notch.( i am South Korean. So,I have very high expectations when it comes to medical care) I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of dental services. Some people might not coming because of where this clinic is located and just presume it would be very costly! But that’s not the case. They would consult you in right way. some people say it’s so commercial but i would say this is the way it should be. It’s professional not commercial I would describe.

Excellent service and convenient hours. I requested a rendezvous online with them and others. They called me back promptly and scheduled me for a cleaning within the week. The receptionist was polite and efficient, and the dentist Marianne was exceptionally precise and thorough. Overall, a great experience!

I highly recommend this dental clinic. I would have given 5 stars but we had a long wait for our appointment with 2 fidgety children. However the dentist apologised for the delay and he was great at explaining everything to my 4 year old son and very reassuring with my anxious 7 year old daughter who had had a previous bad experience at a different clinic in France. Thanks to the team and keep up the good work!

Phenomenal service! Came in for a hygienist appointment - went fantastically. I have slightly sensitive teeth and the hygienist was super careful; told me to communicate whenever it started to hurt, and swiftly changed course. The hygienist then recommended I see a dentist, Dr Abergel, and the quality of service continued to be flawless. The clinic puts patient comfort and communication above all, and the team are all incredibly pleasant and skilled. Would recommend this clinic to absolutely anyone for whatever reason!

From start to finish, I was impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by this skilled professional. The Doctor took the time to explain the entire process in detail, making sure I understood what to expect during the surgery and the aftercare instructions. The wisdom tooth extraction itself went incredibly smoothly, and I experienced minimal discomfort throughout the procedure. Post-surgery, the surgeon provided me with thorough aftercare instructions, leaving no room for confusion or doubt. They also made themselves available for any questions or concerns I might have had during the recovery period, which further solidified the high level of care I received. I took off 3 wisdom teeth. It was much less worst then when I took of 1 only 2 years ago. The job of Dr. Arnaud was quick and neat. I didn’t have any problem during the healing as I followed the tips of the clinic. I would highly recommend the Rhône dental clinic if you have any teeth issue.

I was in Geneva and had an emergency problem with my teeth. I called the clinic and they were so helpful and kind! Had my wisdom teeth removed at the clinic. Everything was top notch and excellent. Right from the start, the reception staff were friendly and accommodating of my timeline (I was leaving the city and they were understanding of my situation). Dr Adrian Garnier was amazing. He made sure I was aware of the whole process (the removal and the recovery). He remained in touch with me via email to answer the questions I had and to follow up with the recovery. Generally, removing wisdom teeth is known to be a painful procedure, with lots of swelling and bleeding to follow. But mine went very smoothly and painlessly, thanks to the top quality of Dr Adrian and his skills. I did not experience any severe pain or sleepless nights like many people told me, because I was in good hands and had my removal operated by a professional doctor in a great clinic. I highly recommend visiting the clinic. 100/100
