I have purchased close to 90 chocolates (3 boxes) from this store. I have asked specifically whether the chocolates can sustain the room temperature the day before my departure to my arrival - around 24-26 hours trip back to Canada. The owner provided me with "insulating" material that turned out to be simple pieces of foam. I trusted him and left the 3 boxes of chocolates wrapped in the material. Unfortunately at my arrival, all the chocolates have melt. See photos at the time of purchase and after opening the box at my arrival. Last but not least, I had a little discussion with the owner regarding the 15% discount he wrote in front the store. In brief, he didn't want to apply it until i showed him the google feedback left by another customer who explicitly mentioned the discount. Don't write something you can't do. In sum, I spent more than 150$, haven't tasted any of these chocolates. I have bought countless fresh made chocolates from other stores in Europe and this never happened. Overall, my experience with this store is negative. REPLY: None of the chocolates can be eaten because I trusted the seller. ALL MELTED, NOT PRESENTABLE, NOT EATABLE. Best price means nothing when you cant eat them!!!! In fact, they are the most expensive!!!

Great variaty of chocolates.hand made and factory made . Great prices. And most important is the great service. A very pleasant ,responsive and informative guy. The locatuon is great ,easy to find

The store give 15% discount for everything. Overall everything is excellent. I didn't take a lot of pictures because I really enjoyed the chocolates tester and took video instead😁 thank you everyone, you should come tho La Chocolaterie de Genève and do not hesitate ask anything to Dan. It is an excellent chocolate 🍫 and souvenir shop with a large collection. Some of the items are a bit expensive, but I was able to purchase souvenir at discounted prices. It is also quite close to the Geneva Cornavin rail station.

The shop is exceptionally lovely, with a warm and professional staff that is both gentle and friendly. The prices are competitive, and there's an extensive selection of chocolates and souvenirs. Overall, it's a fantastic place to visit.

So polite and patient. They answered all of mu questions about almost every chocolates they have without making me feel I need to stop. The quality is also great (at least for a non-expert chocolate lover). The prices are also reasonable. Totally recommended.

Great shop with the widest selection of Swiss Chocolates. Easy to visit on the way to the bus/train station before heading to the airport! So many flavours to choose from and the staff are friendly and helpful. We bought 100gr for less than £10 which was 9 delightful, quality chocolates in unique flavours, for mango and white chocolate which I'd never tried before and it was fantastic. They also offer some free samples.

SUPER NICE CHOCOLATES !! The best artisan chocolates I've ever tried. They have a lot of choices and variety of flavours and also a good price. The shop has also souvenirs and any other type of chocolate and brands and they explain everything and help you so much (in French, English and Spanish!) which is so good when you don't have any idea about what to buy! Mmmm chocolate! This was one of my favorite places in Paris. I would definitely recommend this place for for people to go to and have the hot chocolate it was so delicious. And their food was magnificent the place is beautiful and the staff was amazing. We had to wait in the line a little bit but not very long it went very fast. And you could just go in and buy pastries and stuff right away if you wanted to but we sat and enjoyed our pastries in our hot chocolate!

Lovely service and amazing chocolate! The girl working helped us pick ones by going through all the flavours- no rushing or pressure. went to the park down the road to enjoy!

Very kind and friendly staff! They offer you complimentary chocolate as soon as you enter the shop and help you with any questions and/or advice you might need to choose the best chocolate. It was a very difficult decision because everything was great, different types of Swiss chocolate as well as very high quality homemade chocolate!

Great shop with chocolates from all around. Many organic high end bars that support the farmers. The staff in this place are super passionate, knowledgable, and really fun to talk to about chocolate.

I got the best service from the Gentleman in the shop. I even got extra chocolates to sample even though I did not buy any. They have a good selection of Magnets and I found them to be the cheapest out of 4 stores in Genevé. The chocolates are slightly overpriced but they did have a 15% discount. The minimum to pay by card is 10 CHF.

I had shopping on 03.01.2022. From 2 store in Geneva. Buy I liked this store because the seller was very gentle and with patience explained all the type of the chocolates one by one and after I got one from each I liked he was friendly to again after many hours be welcome and gentle to me for second time and explain rest of chocolates. I had a good shopping and also souvenirs was good and cheaper than the stores in around. I got good shopping 🛍

The gentleman at the shop was extremely informative, nice, and patient. Offered fantastic recommendations for gifts and even gave me small gift bags with an extra chocolate bar at the end. One of the best 50 francs I've ever spent.

One of the best customer services! They know how to sell their chocolate! They will make recommendations based on your needs and not on their most expensive products and I love that. That's when your customers will come back. I recommend it as a place where to buy your souvenirs and chocolate. They have fresh chocolate and you can even taste it. If you are buying something as a gift, they will wrap it nicely for you. I recommend it!

Shopper was very nice. Gave me a 15% discount as well. Also bubble wrapped one of the chocolates so that I can take it overseas without melting.

They have a very comprehensive collection of chocolates including those which have won international awards. I like their almonds and marzipan collection. The staff are very polite and take their time in explaining about the ingredients.
