Staff was client-oriented, professionnel and knowledgeable. As a client, I felt treated with respect and dignity, and their positive regards were genuine. They gave me a thorough vision test, (free of charge) which lasted for almost an hour. And they didn’t pressurise me at all to make any unnecessary rush decision at any stage. I went back several times in order to make my best decisions. I eventually got two pairs of glasses from them with great satisfaction.

Not only he found the last frame in one of the other Optical Center stores for me since I spotted a specific frame a few days ago. He also managed to repair them after I accidentally damaged them. Fortunately. After having searched for this specific frame for days. Last but not least, he always shows a big smile on his face, always in a good mood! He is a reliable person and so is this store. Excellent customer service. I broke my glasses and was recommended to go to another store nearby but couldn't find a solid selection of glasses which were wide enough for my head... at this store I found dozens of options. And the lady was exceptionally patient, kind, and clear in her explanations. Price point and aesthetic of glasses were also superb. Would definitely go back again!
