What an INCREDIBLE service!!! Matt and Marc were beyond any expectations. I wanted to rent a good road bike and they prepared everything in 20 min, the bike, pedals, helmet, cellphone support, and even, a bag to carry my things on my back and have a safe ride to the hotel. But the great friendly service didn't finish there, it's my first time in Geneva and I don't know the city. They asked what kind of ride I wanted to do, I told them the distance and altitude, and they sent an amazing route to my email to download in Garmin. Simply, amazing bike shop and people!!! Highly recommended!!!

Can't recommend this place enough. We arrived as they opened and our bikes were already on racks by the front door ready to go. They did a fit and a final tyre pump. We got great advice on how to ride around the lake. The bikes were Trek Emondas and were excellent for a long ride. Service was excellent. Will definitely hire from here when I'm next in Geneva.

Marc and Matt are so friendly and attentive; they really know what they’re doing and are happy to walk you through anything that needs to be done on your bike. I called ahead for a general road bike servicing, and the whole process was smooth, with good communication throughout. I also booked a road bike rental online, and it was all ready to my specifications when I picked it up. Overall amazing service in a chill little place! They also organize various group rides twice every week, with a great bunch of riders of all levels, allowing you to discover the best routes in the area.

Sent my road bike in for its service and Marc and the team couldn't have been better. Marc was really helpful, giving me a bit of advice on how to fix a few scratches on the frame, and sent me a quick WhatsApp when my bike was ready to collect so I didn't need to wait around. The price was fair and they did a great job on my bike.

rented a bike here for my last full day touring Geneva, the staff (Marc) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. the Carbon bike I rented was fairly priced and great to ride. I rode about 114 km / 71 miles along Lake Geneva - what a beautiful ride. Would definitely return to this shop!

Marc and Matt are a reminder as to why I enjoy cycling. They are gentle and kind and will actually care for you and your bike. The community they have built with free access to great routes on their website and their meetup rides are great for anyone who wants to ride the great outdoors between Geneva and France. Marc and his team literally saved my life! I came to L’Etape du Tour and Hermes messed up to deliver my bike, despite 2 days buffer in the committed delivery date. Bike Switzerland had a perfectly set up Trek Emonda in my size available to enable me to start in the event. For quite a while I never saw such a customer centricity in whatever business. Marc gave me everything to prepare the bike overnight for the event next day. I can only once again shout out a big THANK YOU and whenever I come back to Geneva, I will for sure rent out a bike here again!

Visitng Switzerland for the first time from Australia, I was really looking forward to riding and I could not have hoped for a better place to rent the bike. I got a near new Trek Emonda for a very reasonable price and it was a joy to ride. The staff were highly professional, friendly and very helpful. The bike was a perfect fit for me from the get go, having been asked to send my own bike's measurements. I rode a largely flat route around the Lake Geneva but I am sure to visit the shop again and do some alpine courses next time I get an opportunity.

We only had a few days in Geneva and wanted to rent bikes to get some easy miles around the lake. Matt and Mark were amazing and hooked us up with good rental biker that were well serviced and route ideas. Thanks gents

I've used several bike stores in Geneva and the surrounding parts of France over the years and this is the only one I trust with my precious bikes! I've lost count of how many times I've come in for advice or help with a minor problem that Matt and Marc have helped out with. We arrived and Marc had 4 top of the range bikes spotless clean ready as agreed he altered each one to suit.each rider.we were staying 10km away and cycled back with Marc as our guide and his dog in the rear basket very helpful and helped with our nerves being in another country helped us understand the cyclist lanes.the roads and set up in Switzerland is amazing.we cycled right round lake Geneva 102 miles with not a problem with the bikes Marc gave us a route 70km ride out into the hills and countryside the next day which was by far the best most beautiful ride I’ve had the privilege of doing bike Switzerland we salute you thank you so much

I have rented road bikes from Marc and Matt in Geneva now several times. The bikes are great, with different builds and styles to choose from, and Marc and Matt are just wonderful guys who love to get their clients out on the road. It is my go-to bike shop in Geneva, and just a joy to stop in and talk about bikes and bike routes in the area. They know so much but are low pressure. Both my son-in-law and I have also now purchased bikes from Bike Switzerland in Geneva, and again, Marc and Matt are so good to work with. Visit them online, or better yet, go visit them in person. The store is a very short walk from the main Geneva train station.
