Vendeuses très agréable, poli et aimable, j’ai demandé un échange, tout s’est bien passé, avec de très bons conseils. Les vendeuses nous aides vraiment dans nos recherches, pas de pression, nous avons le temps de regarder et de choisir tranquillement, j’ai lu quelques commentaires disant qu’ils accueillent chaleureusement seulement les riches ou ceux qui le paraissent, c’est absolument faux ! Je sortais de mon sport, mal coiffé et habillé pourtant aucun préjugés sur la tenue vestimentaire ou autre, un accueil irréprochable, de l’entrée à la sortie du magasin. I sugest u go to the other store of this in Geneve in Balexert shopping mall. Over there they work way better and more professional. This one is a dissapointment. Firstly, i go to the store and ask for a refund (they say it on their website) and then a staff tell me that i can't get a refund. Fine, i'll just wanna exchange another stuff. It's good, no problem, she let me look. Then i can't find any thing i want there. I go out of the store to think then come back again because i don't wanna loose time going there next time, i decide i just take something whatever as long as it's not jewellry because i'm allergic to metal (it's just a gift from a friend and she didn't know that i'm allergic). I decide to take a pen, then another staff is in charge. She seems not welcoming like the staff of the first time i come. She answers my questions so cringy. She makes me feel like because i don't wear like rich ppl and i'm asian so she doesn't really wanna give me any service. And for the both staffs no one gives me the idea of exchanging to a gift card with no expiration which i finally get in the store in Balexert. The attitude os staffs over there is better than this one too. I feel like because this one's location is more center so it's more for rich ppl or whoever looking rich who they can get rid off with overated and overcharged products. If it's not my friend giving me this then i'll never ever buy any thing from this chain.

I was in this store in May and Rebecca couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She helped me pick out a beautiful ring and then showed me some earrings that I tried on and loved. Both purchases were my souvenirs from Switzerland!😁 I was very casually dressed, but she didn’t judge me in any way and treated me with the upmost respect. Thank you Rebecca!!

A éviter absolument! On y est allé 2x le même jour et on attend toujours d’être servi! 2 vendeuses pour une seule cliente et clairement l’une d’entre elles n’avait pas envie de travailler (faisait semblant de s’activer -elle a fermé et ouvert plusieurs fois la même boîte- et nous ignorait de manière ostentatoire). Malheureusement il n’y avait pas notre article dans les autres points de vente à Genève, mais quoiqu’il en soit, dorénavant je fuirai cette boutique. Je tiens à préciser que je suis une cliente de longue date chez Swarovski.

Je suis toujours bien reçu chez swaroski! Les vendeurs-euses sont à l’écoute, dès que j’ai eu des problèmes avec des bijoux sous garanties ils ont toujours cherché à me satisfaire ( ce qui est de plus en plus rare dans le commerce) merci et la boutique est magnifique avec ce nouveau design!
