I am completely addicted to this chocolate shop! They are everywhere so initially I was doubting their quality but once I tried it, I realized I was very wrong. It is sooooo delicious! A must try is their fresh chocolate. They have giant chocolates that they cut for you (check out the photos). They usually have seasonal flavors. Their pralines are also very good. They have beautiful packages in many shapes and prices that make wonderful gifts or souvenirs from Switzerland.

This is heaven for chocolate lovers! The minute you walk through the door you can smell all the different flavors of chocolate! My personal favorite are the different flavors of FrischSchoggi, which are the beautiful slabs of chocolate (like you see in my picture). They have milk, dark and white chocolates and some have fruits or nuts or caramel and more. Lots of varieties! You can definitely taste a small piece before purchasing. You can buy an entire slab or they can break it for you and weigh it. These slabs are sold by weight, so keep that in mind as your eyes get big, lol! There's also truffles near the back of this store, along with other yummy selections!

Thibaut C. gave me really top service. It was my first time in a Swiss chocolate shop and he patiently talking me thru the different products and made excellent suggestions. He made the shopping experience relaxed and pleasurable and the chocolate itself was simply amazing!

You must visit if you like fine chocolate. Not cheap, though.

The chocolate is good, but I was disappointed that they didn't offer samples of the FrischSchoggi. When I asked, the staff seemed confused, but I realized they didn't speak English. Unfortunately, I couldn't convey my love for chocolate logs, and even though we bought some chocolates, it just won't be the same. It’s my last night here. So long!

Bought 4 full blocks of chocolate and some little ones the staff was very helpful they also kept our stuff in the shop and we went out for other shopping and when we came back the staff handed us our stuff with a big smile

Very tasty!!!. The shop also has the dark chocolate for my son who is allergic to milk too! And he likes the taste very much. (I tried another shop across the street before and it was not as good as this one. 😉)

I love their chocolate, I was greeted warmly by Laurent when I walked in and I told him it was my first time at Läderach, he gave me a tour and showed me around the store. What a nice gentleman! and what a great customer service! This was around Christmas 2022. I have purchased small pieces from almost all their FrischSchoggi to try them! My favorite one was Caramel Salé Milk-Dark. Coconut Milk is my second favorite Nut-Trio Milk-Dark is my 3rd favorite Since then I’ve become a regular to Läderach and my recent purchase was at their branch in Riyadh KSA.

Wonderful experience We stayed in Geneva and entered this boutique while accidentally booked a visit in the Läderach chocolate museum far away in Bilten. And yet, the charming employee (which we don't know his name) offered us 'degustation' instead. This was one of the best experiences we've had in Switzerland. A very detailed explanation of chocolate types with tasting. A very kind guy and the chocolate, needless to say is very very good and unique. We still carry a bug of chocolate in our backpacks, on train towards Paris 🍫😃

Good, but Lindt is better, not to mention lindt is less expensive. Service was unhelpful.

The biggest temptation in all of Geneva and definitely worth the price tag. The dark chocolate truffles are to die for!

The chocolate is delicious, plentiful, and varied. The staff is helpful, and samples of some chocolate may be available- depending on whether or not they have scraps. What more could you want from a Swiss chocolatier?

This franchise is my favorite place to buy great Swiss chocolates. Their boxes are well selected and make perfect presents. My husband loves their white chocolate popcorn. I prefer their dark chocolates selections.

Good chocolate, but very disrespectful behaviour from the two young guys serving, laughing while trying to speak in French. They for sure speak many languages!
