Competent and friendly trainers. In my opinion, in contrast to other courses, it really is a training with a connection to (harsh) reality. I also really liked the theoretical part where you learn to recognize conflict situations early and get out of them before any blows even happen. All in all, I feel much safer now. The training has helped my self-confidence, I'm fitter and the winter fat is almost gone ;)

Aloha I've been here for just over a year. The trainers are extremely experienced and competent. The people are just cool. Every training session is a little different. Demands everything from me. I think that's great. P.S. Big BANZAII...

I have already tried many martial arts (competitions) and I have to say that when it comes to self-defense, this is the best form of martial arts for self-defense so far, realistic exercises paired with a large portion of fitness and theory where necessary for better understanding. Good team and no “proles” on board. Recommend it for big and small, men and women. Keep it up...

One of the best, if not the best, choice in Basel and the surrounding area. Great atmosphere, great team, instructors competent and versatile. Treating each other with respect is noticeable and creates an extremely pleasant atmosphere during, before and after training! I can only recommend!

I have been visiting and training at Defensive.ch for almost 2 years now. Peter Neumeier and his team are professional and collegial. The training is educational and effective. It's worth coming by!

I have to say the training in the three-cornered hat (I don't know the other one yet) is great, familiar, differentiated, and it creates a great group dynamic. It has everything you need, like good cohesion, good training transfer into practice. Of course, good instructors who put their heart and soul into it. It has fitness elements and just a lot of fun. I've been here for about two months now and I just think it's awesome. Thanks to you all. PS the one who didn't want to give up the beer ;-)

Super pleasant team, wonderful training buddies and trainers who answer every question. I was able to get involved straight away – without any experience – and gain something useful from the first training session. The level is tailored to the individual - those who want to fight can do so, and those who want to approach it step by step can take the necessary time without stress. I can really only recommend defensiv.ch to everyone!

Because of my stutter, I am often a shy person at first. I was accepted here very quickly. The teachers and students were very friendly to me from day 1. Beginners are helped very well here and everyone learns at their own pace. The training was very well structured (greetings from my sore muscles). Not only do you get physically fit here, but you also strengthen your mental attitude, which leads to you going through life with more self-confidence. In my case, it brought me back to the sunny side psychologically. That's why 5 stars for me. Top keep it up.
