A bit smaller than it used to be but still a great choice and very good prices

While the Carouge store might feel smaller than the one in Meyrin, it is the better of the two for computer accessories. It is also far less crowded, which makes for an overall more pleasant shopping experience.

If you're ever in town and happen to need to find some UK-Swiss socket adapters, this place has some. Aside from that, it's a nice shop with lovely staff, and plenty of products to choose from, ranging from home appliances, computing, mobile devices, video games, and lots of accessories. It was fun to browse around.

As my experience, this Media Markt is big enough for shopping. However, there is a disadvantage point. The staffs didn't speak English much. So 4 stars for rating.

Equally disappointing offline as well as online. Half the stock is missing, staff is unhelpful with bad attitude, and the experience is overall frustrating. Hope I’m done with MediaMarkt for good.

(!!) Careful with the sales terms & conditions (!!) I was about to buy a Samsung S23+ and I had to go through the usual push to buy insurance to cover the device. The sales person told me that they cover the battery for 6 months only and if I want two years cover to buy an insurance. I ended up buying the device directly from Samsung who's offering 12 months cover in the standard conditions and on top at a lower price (!!!). So upset!

Mediamarkt, or how to attract customer purchases to retain money for days before canceling orders. They do not guarantee the delivery of the product despite having paid for it: first you buy and pay, then they analyze if they want to sell the products you have already paid for. They could choose to ship it to you later, but they prefer to cancel the order and sell it back to you at a higher price. By the way, don't bother to regret my bad experience and apologize, by not deceiving the customer and manipulating the market I would be satisfied enough. Or dare to sell what you offer.

Been here for a couple of times, i think this is the biggest media market store i've been and that being said they offer lots of choices when it comes to anything electronic for your house, gadgets etc. If you have time and looking for some goodies to satisfy electronic needs try visiting this place.

Amazing store with almost every electronic items needed. From electric toothbrush, batteries to Big TVs everything they have. It was very nice experience. Even the staff is helpful finding products and to give suggestions.

A bit expensive as everything in Switzerland, but nice because it has everything! Today I had a big discount on MacBook pro about 400 less than the official price at apple

Very good staff for returned products

A certain choice, rather good, of material but this is the only positive point. Unfortunately the prices are purely inflated, better time to order on Digitec Galaxus or other online stores to have more reasonable prices. That said, it allows you to see the equipment and/or test it on site.

first waching machine broke after 2 months, they delivered a second one ( infront of my door) without coming to check what’s wrong with the first one, and guess what ? 2 months after the new machine broke too. went there told them i want a new one and an other label ! they delivered the new washing machine down THE BUILDING ! i live in the 5th floor and have a 1 year old baby. how am i supposed to get a 160 kg waching machine by myself, and when i call them anout it they are rude and asks for 100 francs just to put the washing machine in the elevator !!! literally the WORST experience i’ve ever had. i think that’s the last time i will ever buy something from mediamarkt

Horrible experience Do not trust them with shopingcard they are stealing . For 1k i had to pay 1.7k worst than a bank credit.
