Dishonest
and
unprofessional
I
live
outside
the
EU
and
the
shop
agreed
to
ship
to
my
country
(Norway).
At
the
beginning
of
the
transaction
I
was
promised
the
tracking
number
which
never
arrived!
The
owner
of
the
shop
was
making
lame
excuses
about
the
employee
going
on
holiday
with
the
receipt,
not
being
able
to
get
hold
of
the
employee
etc.
I
sent
them
at
least
15
emails
trying
to
get
hold
of
the
tracking
number
(
the
bag
was
an
expensive
one).
Four
weeks
later-
still
no
bag!
At
the
end
the
owner
of
the
shop
had
to
acknowledge
there
had
never
been
a
tracking
number
as
the
parcel
was
sent
just
as
a
simple
letter
.
Basically
I
had
been
cheated
for
four
weeks.
Which
is
very
upsetting
and
disgusting
.
I
was
refunded
four
weeks
after
the
bag
had
been
shipped
(as
everyone
was
already
sure
the
parcel
had
been
lost)
and
the
employee
of
the
shop
who
sent
the
parcel
had
to
pay
the
cost
of
the
bag.
Appallingly
unprofessional
staff.
The
bag
eventually
arrived,I
advised
the
shop
about
that
and
paid
the
money
back.
I
was
honest
with
them
but
the
shop
treated
me
in
an
incredibly
dishonest
and
unprofessional
way.
They
wasted
my
time.
The
owner
was
apologetic
about
the
situation
which
really
doesn't
compensate
for
the
dishonest
way
I
was
treated.
