The instructors are very professional, skilled and give a lot of “positive energy”, I love to take classes with them. The studio is set up with attention to the smallest details, is welcoming and simple at the same time. I strongly recommend this studio if you wish to do good quality movement and training, relax and feel at ease.

The location of this gym is perfect, in the very heart of St. Gallen. It ain't big, but the space is optimized to deliver a comfortable experience. The owners are prepared and professional, and will take good care of your body and, in doing so, of your soul as well.
