I
ordered
a
phone
online
,
paying
it
with
my
credit
card.
When
I
went
there
for
the
delivery,
they
had
lost
it
...
and
there
was
not
anymore
one
like
the
one
ordered,
at
that
price.
One
of
the
guys,
without
feeling
shame,
tried
to
sell
me
a
phone
of
the
same
model
they
had,
but
used
!!!!
Obviously
I
refused.
Anyway,
patiently
I
accepted
the
situation
...
(everyone
can
do
a
mistake)
asking
for
a
remboursment.
I
realized
some
days
later
that
they
didn't
do
the
remboursment
as
agreed
,
and
sent
me
a
mail
with
a
bill
saying
something
like
"this
is
the
bill
of
the
phone
you
bought.
Thank
you".
Comic
situation
,
they
kept
my
money
to
sell
me
...
nothing.
I
tried
to
call
the
customer
service,
waiting
for
one
hour
before
having
the
possibility
to
talk
and
explain
my
issue.
The
girl
was
nice
and
polite
but
was
unable
to
really
help
for
this
particular
case.
So
I
had
to
go
for
the
third
time
and
convince
them
that
they
didn't
sell
me
a
phone
and
ask
again
a
reimbursement.
Horrible
experience...
I
would
not
suggest
to
go
to
mediamarkt,
even
less
the
dietikon
one.
