I
recently
bought
a
Mac
from
digitec.
I
was
really
excited
about
the
product
as
this
was
my
first
laptop.
I
was
no
way
let
down
after
getting
the
laptop
as
I
loved
the
build
and
finish
of
it
and
the
way
it
worked
seamlessly
connecting
to
my
other
apple
devices.
However
the
last
week
suddenly
I
started
getting
pink
and
green
horizontal
line
all
over
my
screen
and
then
I
contacted
digitec
support
and
they
told
me
to
get
a
diagnosis
done
for
the
product
which
I
did
as
it
states
their
are
hardware
issues
with
the
computer.It
has
been
less
that
‘ONE’
month
since
I
have
gotten
the
laptop
and
their
are
hardware
issues
means
it
was
a
manufacturing
defect
as
I
did
not
drop
the
laptop
nor
any
liquids
went
into
the
system
and
the
diagnosis
report
states
the
same.
I
asked
for
a
replacement
from
the
digitec
team
and
they
told
me
they
would
not
replace
my
mac
and
that
they
would
only
repair
it.
Why
would
I
want
a
my
brand
new
laptop
to
go
for
repair
and
get
opened.
I
did
not
pay
CHF
1600+
to
get
a
defected
laptop
and
then
send
it
for
repair
that
to
in
these
times
when
I
really
need
it
the
most.
I
Asked
for
my
money
back
and
it's
not
possible
either,
now
I
don't
have
any
money
and
even
not
laptop.
