Nothing in storage, no possibility to return goods. Unflexible shop with too many automated systems.

Really a shame what they are doing, normally Swiss companies usually maintain a big quality and attention. But it's a shame that whatever good reviews they have are no longer descriptive of the service they offer. We bought a Surface of more than 2mil francs and it came damaged and we tried to change it and the new one also came defective, we lost the information because they sent it to repair, nobody was responsible for our big problem. In the end we had to buy another laptop somewhere else. We will definitely not go back to digitec after this, not do we recommend them. On the contrary to everyone who sees this comment, think twice before ordering anything here.

Lousy service, they should worry more about their suppliers and the warranty service of the products they offer, we bought a laptop and a few minutes later the charger started to fail, they changed us for a new one which we thought was very nice but it also failed. We wasted time waiting to solve a problem with a new device that failed twice and in the end we were left with a defective laptop. Just because you are a big company you neglect the customers who trusted you at the beginning. 👎

Someone recommended this store to me, but the truth is that my experience was very bad, the customer service is very poor. We had some questions about a TV and it seems like the person who was helping us was mad or i don't know. We then tried to make the purchase online and our doubts were not answered. We already bought the TV elsewhere.

Rarely if ever do I have issues with this location. The staff are fantastic, efficient and appropriately friendly. The shop display could do with some improvement, but as a satellite location this is not unexpected and not really an issue. I'm not really someone that browses for random expensive technology, as I'll specifically shop for what I want. This shop location is ideal for me as a local pickup for my Digitec and Galaxus purchases, and I'm really glad it exists.

I recently bought a Mac from digitec. I was really excited about the product as this was my first laptop. I was no way let down after getting the laptop as I loved the build and finish of it and the way it worked seamlessly connecting to my other apple devices. However the last week suddenly I started getting pink and green horizontal line all over my screen and then I contacted digitec support and they told me to get a diagnosis done for the product which I did as it states their are hardware issues with the computer.It has been less that ‘ONE’ month since I have gotten the laptop and their are hardware issues means it was a manufacturing defect as I did not drop the laptop nor any liquids went into the system and the diagnosis report states the same. I asked for a replacement from the digitec team and they told me they would not replace my mac and that they would only repair it. Why would I want a my brand new laptop to go for repair and get opened. I did not pay CHF 1600+ to get a defected laptop and then send it for repair that to in these times when I really need it the most. I Asked for my money back and it's not possible either, now I don't have any money and even not laptop.
