My husband and I had a really negative experience with the shop in Dietikon. From wrong information in the shop (on wardrobe dimensions), longer delivery time than initially communicated from the salesman, quality problems in the wardrobe and a customers service that we had to call endless times as they were promising to call us back, and they were not doing it. We still miss some parts of the wardrobe that were supposed to arrive few weeks ago… the frustration we feel after weeks of going back and forth cannot be expressed in a post.
