The Best experience I have ever had in a Watch store by Far! I was greeted very warm and kind, I got introduced into a whole world of watches which I did not know existed, and Lohri has absolutely stunning jewellry which is produced in the House! I got to meet one of the goldsmiths who helped me with a repair, so nice to see the people really working on the jewellry. 10/10 will definitely come again

Superb service from Mr. Kupper who ordered me a set of curved Omega spring bars. Despite never having bought anything from here the spring bars were free of charge. Extremly kind and really helpful people in here. They have got themselves a new customer and I will surely come back and get my next watch here.
