We had a great experience visiting this shop and buying a vintage watch in an outstanding condition, restored to perfection. Owners and employees sincerely love their craft, want and can help with the choice, and have an in-house service center certified by major brands. Although the shop is full of beautiful and expensive items, the atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and uncomplicated. I'd love to get an opportunity to visit them again.

We spontaneously came by and were warmly welcomed and guided through all floors. The highly exciting historical background has impressed us enormously and with how much attention to detail everything was restored and decorated was a real highlight of Zug.

We got a kind and professional guided tour to see the amazing jewellery collection of the Lohri Haus. It was a positive surprise :)
