Our dog Mocha, who was very ill with leishmaniasis during the summer, was treated by Alice Nentwig and her team. They took great care of him and were incredibly helpful while Mocha was under treatment. We are thankful for their professionalism and reliability. It is an amazing clinic with a great emergency service.

This veterinary clinic has been wonderful for us and our Welsh Terrier, Fergus. They were the first to examine him and issue his pet passport when we arrived here from Texas. When Fergus got a bone stuck over his teeth, they quickly sedated him and removed it, after hours, for a reasonable fee. In 2015, Fergus became mysteriously very ill and I believe the doctors here saved his life! Very compassionate, thorough, and they speak English much better than I speak Deutsch! I am very happy with all the visits we have made here. Also, I asked a question about vaccinations, via an email, and got a response in less than 24 hours! Very impressive!

Really good. I had an emergency with my dog, who ate some rubber ball. We had to rush there at night to have him operated. The personnel was very qualified and kind. They knew very well how to treat both dogs and humans, starting from the person who answers the phone, continuing with the surgeon and his assistant. They kept me well informed after the operation, taking the time to explain what they had to do and why and calling me regularly on the phone for updates on my dog's status. I highly recommend this centre and I will go there again in case I need a vet in the future.

Dr. med. Andreoni came on a Sunday to save my cat and operated on him the same day. It was the first time going to Ennetseeklinik because I have just moved from Luzern. I am so pleased with every one who works there, they truly care and take care of your animal. My cat means the world to me and they saved his life and were very loving towards my cat. Thankfully this clinic is open for emergencies. Thank you to the whole team and doctors there.

Dr Alice Nentwig is amazing. She knows a lot about the latest diagnosis methods, she cares a lot and she is very responsive for the worried cat mothers’ questions. I also appreciate EnnetSee Klinik. They are very responsive, everybody speaks English and getting an appointment is not a painful process. I am glad to find a full-fledged clinic for my cat which I could totally trust🙏🏻. Highly recommended.

I like the doctors here at this clinic. Dermatology really did well with my Labrador today. Really attentive and they really took the time to explain exactly what I need to do to help my buddy. Long road ahead but I really feel things will be good.
