Chaos on the trains. No information provided apart from cancellations showing and then train schedules disappearing. Appears to be a regular thing! Manage expectations, work on marketing your services better and providing basic information. Disappointing and annoying when it takes twice as much time to get to work and you are up at the crack of dawn!

As so cannot rate the toilet separately I'll do it here. You pay CHF 1.50 for having the opportunity to squeeze between wall an cleaning cart, trying to dry your hands with, well, no towel, and jamming into others. For this I'd like to give 2* As the train station itself is good, it makes it up. Now it's 3* in total

The customer experience at the SBB service center is terrible. The manager of the station finds it more appropriate to lecture the customers, before even listening to their questions or providing useful clarifications. Very disappointing.

2 people arrived here looking for a certain "Benjamin Doyle". He couldn't be found here. After a few hours they came back and still searched in vain. If he wasn't there before, surely he won't suddenly be there now...? Maybe you should look in Merlischachen.
