Nobody made any attempt to help us & when we eventually finished selecting what we wanted (a formal belt which put me back CHF119), we ended up at the empty till counter for quite a while. Eventually a woman who obviously does not enjoy her job arrived and, without a greeting or any attempt at being professional or friendly, arrived and said "what do you want" (Was möchten Sie") in a very hostile way. My daughter and I will never set foot in that shop again.

I buy my 7 for all Mankind here. The sales staff are like playing the lottery. Sometimes they are super helpful and sometimes they treat you like you are a thieving nuisance. Other than that I see no reason to walk into here. They do have some smart casual clothing which is very in tune with Swiss styling.
