Horrible experience. Waited two days for a very urgent appointment, they only had at 7 AM and got there 10 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment just like that. Tried to inform them when on my way but no one answered the phone. Terrible treatment when you need medical support.

Great experience here! Got a tick bite while hiking around Zürich and the doctor saw me very short notice (Monday evening at 10pm!) and solved the problem in a few minutes. Very professional and friendly. My fiancee put it best: “it was a wonderful and positive experience!” - not something we are used to say about going to the doctor! Absolutely delighted, and will probably go back if in need next time.

I was a little concerned about going to Medbase after checking the reviews but I am very happy every time I went there last one year. I’ve had appointments with a dermatologist, ear doctor, health check up including gynecological check up with a gynecologist and did a Covid test. Doctors, nurses and receptionists are all nice and efficient, and I never had any issues.

They charge you if you ask a question like Is the doctor available? Then they sent you a bill calling it professional phone call 😂

My experience with Medbase Zurich Oerlikon is great. I called for an appointment on a Monday to get my knee checked and I was booked for the next day. I was checked by Dr Preuss who was passionate and competent. Also the rest of the staff are kind and helpful and they speak many languages. This place deserves 5 stars.

I was there around 10 times for different reasons the staff and the doctors are very professional, delivering good services. Half of the times I have been there, i experienced 30+ minutes of waiting time and usually is very hard to get an appointment in the next 5 days.

Amazing service. I was very worried about my health and the staff immediately found a slot to check me the same day - On Saturday morning! I really got the VIP treatment and this is the best medical experience I have ever had

Have been going to Medbase since many years now. The quality of service is top top, from the moment you enter the place until you see a Doctor. You always feel safe an in professional hands. Dr Preuss have been just amazing taiking care of my mom and myself and everytime that we have to go there, I leave that place happy that we are in such a good professional place. M

Unprofessional and incompetent. Bad communication skills and simply not taking the patients seriously. I had to change my insurance system immediately to avoid going there again before getting appropriate care for my back injury. After 30mins of paper work the Facharzt i am admitted to, only half-listening and half-busy with the computer, tells me she cannot really help me with my back pain after an accident. She checks the hallway for any other doctor who can help. The next doctor also half-listening attempts a rushed intervention that hurt me even more and sends me home without follow-up. I am not allowed to see a specialist without traveling a second time to the clinic.

I have been going to the Medibase in Oerlikon for 3 years now and have always received first class medical care. The staff are helpful and the facilities first rate.

I have been with this HMO for more than 6 years and had a great experience so far. Never been refused an appointment and their doctors always referred me to specialists when needed and in due time. Special recommendation to Dr. Nahla Atmeh and Dr. Michèle Johnson who have seen me in the past and have been very professional and friendly. Everyting works on time, never had to wait more than 15m. The only thing I would point out as a possible improvement is the phone response, sometimes it is not possible to speak to anyone and requires a few retries as the automatic answering machine takes over the call too fast before a human can pick it up.

Dr Preuss has been amazing in supporting us through a difficult medical situation. He is very personable and has always gone out of his way to make himself available to us. Our appointments were never rushed and I feel understood and taken serious with my concerns. I can 100% recommend Dr Preuss and Medbase Oerlikon!

4-6 weeks to see a doctor for blood test as it's not an emergency 🙂

Attentive care, use of facilities in the clinic such as blood testing, urine testing, x-ray, ultrasound is a plus. Many doctors of different specialty available. Easy to communicate, most people speak English.

I've been going to dr. Johnson (GP) for 2 years now and she's always been great. She always answers my questions and does all necessary investigations. She has great empathy, I strongly recommend her.

Interesting place, where the secretary you get at the phone decides whether you have a good reason to come or not, and gives you the date for an appointment accordingly: today my wife, pregnant, and suffering very bad cough that are lasting since a month and getting worse now, was told that it is not urgent enough as it's been there already for a month and that she could wait for 5 days more before getting an appointment. Obviously this is even more stressful with the pregnancy, which she tried to explain, but it isn't of their concern. A little bit of care in such a situation would simply be decent, but obviously they miss that there...
