I
went
to
Gosia
after
giving
birth
via
c-section.
I
was
a
very
active
person
before
birth
and
therefore
I
was
very
eager
to
get
back
into
fitness.
Gosia
was
really
great
and
provided
custom
exercises
geared
towards
my
personal
journey
into
recovery.
She
made
sure
to
give
me
challenging
exercises
(as
I
really
wanted
this)
but
also
made
sure
they
were
safe
and
appropriate
for
the
condition
of
my
abdomen.
My
abdominal
gap
has
reduced
significantly,
and
I
feel
my
core
is
improving
every
day.
Gosia
also
helped
introduce
the
concept
of
pilates,
which
has
improved
my
breathing
and
posture
significantly.
I’m
very
grateful
for
this
as
breastfeeding
is
very
straining
on
a
woman’s
posture.
I
feel
I’ve
learned
great
techniques
which
I
will
continue
to
use
for
the
rest
of
my
life.
I
highly
recommend
the
physiotherapy,
especially
for
postpartum
mamas.
