This has been my vet for the past five years. Tried out a few others in Winterthur but this one is my favourite so far. The vets are professional and very friendly. They also ask the right questions and think of potential problems for aging pets in case the owner has only basic pet care knowledge. The team works fast and efficient: blood samples from my cat were processed and the results communicated the same afternoon I brought him in for a check-up. Pricing is the same as other vets in the area - not cheap but worth the money.

I absolutely do not recommend this pretentious healer. After calling at 5:30 p.m., she asked for 50 CHF for urgent treatment, while normal working hours are until 6 p.m. We arrived and waited an hour before they took us. The doctor was distracted, constantly running away, talking on the phone and communicating with the nurses. The result is one injection, two small cans and probiotics, a total of 207CHF. A disaster, I can only call it a thief. I do not recommend, this is certainly treated in Luzern, two injections and cans of probiotics 80 CHF!!!!!!/!!
