Incompetent and very slow service even for "speed antigenic tests". Also overpriced if you re not affilitated to the swiss system

Just came here to give this 5 stars for the Doctor Sarah Wettstein, which is amazing, she really cared about everything that I told her and treated me with so much patience and professionalism! How she found the solutions for everything is just brilliant, sometimes just the attention and the desire to help makes us better! Thanks Sarah, hope u see this message! She speaks perfect english!

Doctors here are truly incompetent and not skilled at all. They don’t take you seriously, just a pure waste of time. Who gave them a license?

Be very very patient. The time for each person in queue is about 10 min. So you can calculate how much time you have

2 Hours waiting time?! With just 4 patients in front of us, to wait 2 hours is outrageous! Apparently there is only one doctor attending. But even do, must be a slow one. The subsidiary in Oerlikon is much faster. If you have the chance, go there.

I'm a patient from Dr Speck and every time I've been here I was treated so nicely and patiently. I never had to wait much, but it is an emergency praxis so it can happen that many people are waiting. Usually I call in advance and ask and the receptionist tells me when it would be better for me to come. I'm very happy with Permanence :)

All of their doctors are extremely professional, experienced and competent, I am grateful that they are there. They all do have a limited time for each patient for the same reason that they are an emergency practice, so you are (very reasonably) expected to do or schedule any follow up yourself.

Clearly incompetent stuff. The doctor could not spot a simple infection. Nothing prescribed, just wait and see. Stay away!

Absolutely terrible experience. Never go here. The doctors are incompetent. They wouldn't believe me what I had, until I made them take a blood test to prove it and then they finally agreed that I have a bacterial infection and were willing to prescribe me the needed medicine. Next time it happened still wouldnt perscibe me the medicine and said my body needs to fight it naturally... if I wanted to fight it naturally I would not be taking time from my weekend to come here. Waste of time.
