We had a great time. The puzzles were challenging and fun. I had a great team so we were able to solve the room without any additional clues, but I know they were monitoring us in case we needed a hand. I've done about 25 escape rooms, and my group had a lot of fun doing the Quest for the Throne room. They had some fun little twists on their puzzles I hadn't seen before. I would recommend Syco Escape Rooms to anyone. The staff were friendly and they have a neat leader board to see how teams are doing in their rooms. I plan on returning and trying their other rooms.

We had alot of fun here! The guys who were running it were alot of fun too! We did the quest for the throne, we escaped with only :23 seconds to spare. I can't wait to go back and do another room.

My friends and I were feeling spontaneous and we were able to get a time slot on the same day. This was my first escape room and it was amazing!! The puzzles were very creative well thought out. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. It was reasonably priced and a great experience. We had a time limit of 1 hour.

Our family of four had a spectacular time! Staff was warm and friendly, facility and puzzle rooms clean, sanitized and well-maintained. We did the Prison Break room which was very challenging and, ultimately, very satisfying as we made it out in 53:40! Huzzah! They don't have our photo posted yet but I attached a picture of their leader board. We made it in! Required lots of teamwork and was a rigorous mental and strategic exercise. Staff will provide hints if all participants agree to get one. It's fabulous that the DeKalb/Sycamore area has such a diverting and intriguing treat. Don't miss out. Go try one of the Syco Escape Rooms!

We had a great time at Syco Escape over the holidays. We played their seasonal-only Christmas themed room. It was my parents first time, and the perfect experience for them. There were a couple things we needed to use our clues for, but other than that, we figured everything out - just in time! Our Game master was great - she gave good clues, without giving anything away, and we got to chat with one of the owners at the front desk before we played! We will definitely be back to sample their other rooms - and if they have this room again next Christmas, be sure to check it out! *Update 3/25/23 - we returned to try out one of their regular rooms, and played "The Quest." We brought two newbie players, and we all had a great time! Fun puzzles, non-linear (which we like), and helpful "nudges" - without giving too much away. They also had a couple new puzzles I'd not seen before -and this was my 42nd room. Thanks again Syco Escape!

Wow! What a fun experience! Brought my volleyball team here (a group of 10 girls, 12 and under) the room was difficult, but my kids still finished with only 3 minutes to spare. Staff was so nice and great with my young girls.

I had the most amazing time here! It was so much fun and I got my Diamond Ring for Christmas! Jean was phenomenal at helping my now fiancé in setting up the surprise proposal! We can't wait to go back for more challenges!!
