    Thank you so much for the incredible Yoga and Meditation classes at Blacktown. Your class nourished me in the most amazing ways. It's HEALING. I really loved the meditation that you did at the end of class... and found it so AMAZINGLY helpful. Your presence and the way you hold the space for everyone is amazing and inspiring. It was a joy to witness The moment I entered the class the experience became a feast for my senses, mind, body and soul. The vibe was welcoming and friendly. Your classes are more than stretching and exercise; You also offered yogic philosophy throughout the practice and introduced interesting breathing methods and mindful insights along the way. Nourishing for all levels in a time starved world, it's a break away and a time to rejuvenate. You offer a remarkable class to the amazing mix of Yoga and Pranayama, and your lovely open hearted energy! I am inspired by your motivation, your positive approach, your compassion, your way of teaching and for making each class unique. I love what you do. I really admire it and every time I leave with a smile, no matter what's going on in my life. Each class truly is a magical journey; a courageous adventure and its the teacher that makes that experience. You truly have a gift of leading and inspiring others by example Thank you for what you do. I really enjoyed your class and your spirit!     I started my journey with Mita Wellness around 2 year back and have been continuing to enhance my inner being by attending the well planned sessions since then. MitaJi provides life transforming sessions in a simple way leading to all round development of your body, mind and energy. Would recommend to attend to see the difference.

    I have been on this journey with Mita meditation for more than 2 years now. Because of the meditation, I feel connected with what I can only describe as a “happy flow”. For no reason at all, I feel hopeful, connected, positive and powerful. I am much more creative and calm at work, more compassionate and forgiving in all aspects of my life, and all my relationships flow more smoothly. I doubt myself less, because the meditation helps me to trust who I am. By including meditation in my work day, I have noticed my ability to deal with stress has significantly improved. My reactions in difficult situations are calmer and more measured. In short, I seem to be a nicer person!

    Had a very good first time experience with meditation and it's various procedures. Though I was introduced to yoga long ago and had a different perception of meditation, it opened my eyes about a lot many things and some preconditioned mindsets and inhibitions. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience and explore other ways to relieve oneself from the worries and troubles from the past as well into the future and learn about living and being in the present. Various activities were also lively and very useful as well educational and would go a long way if applied methodically in our day to day lives.
