Hope is highly skilled and amazing at finding any tension and alleviating it. I try to go for a massage every month or 2, and have recommended Hope to many, many friends who are always really pleased, also. She is incredibly strong, but adjusts her style and pressure depending on what you prefer. Hope is easily the best massage in the lower North Shore area if not one of the best in Sydney. Just go.

Hope at Healer Massage was amazing. I never had deep tissue massage before but went and tried for first time because I overtrained my muscles. Few days after the massage my body recovered. I felt my muscels stronger. Mobility and motion also have improved. Will have it as a routine for recovery from sports.

I’m 28 weeks pregnant and had been finding it hard to sleep. I went in for a 1.5 hour massage and it was so good I extended. I asked for firm which when pregnant you don’t often get and all the points I needed were pin pointed perfectly. Can’t wait for a great sleep tonight. Highly recommend!!
