    When I joined almost a year ago, I had zero experience with Olympic lifts and was honestly intimidated by the challenging workouts. However, the coaches (Ben, Nick & Gem) at CrossFit Feel Good have been nothing short of phenomenal. They are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive. As a complete beginner to Olympic lifts and with little endurance, I was initially unsure if I could handle the demanding workouts. However, the coaches' expertise and Ben's invaluable tips have guided me every step of the way. But it's not just the coaches who make this place exceptional; the other members are equally incredible. If you're looking for a CrossFit gym that will challenge you, support you, and foster an amazing community spirit, look no further than CrossFit Feel Good.

    Despite only being a member for three months, I have gained a significant amount of knowledge and experience thanks to the exceptional team of coaches at this gym. Their approach to teaching and motivating their clients is impressive, and they also hold you accountable, which has helped me take responsibility for my own personal growth, a goal I was hoping to achieve. Furthermore, having been to various group class gyms before, I can confidently say that the members here are incredibly supportive, making each class a pleasure to attend. This gym has transformed my life in a short amount of time, and I am grateful to both the coaches and the members for this positive change.

    My Husband & I have been members at CrossFit Feel Good for the past 10 months & we have both loved every moment training. We have both improved dramatically and have fostered a healthier relationship with Exercise & healthy eating. The Coaches are fantastic and carter each class to individual fitness levels. Regardless if you’re a beginner or an Elite Athlete, CrossFit Feel Good is the Gym for you!

    I attended my first crossfit class at CFFG over a year ago and haven’t looked back. Ben and his team have cultivated an amazing feeling of camaraderie among the members which really motivates me to turn up day after day. The daily workouts are varied and challenging so you are constantly learning and improving, yet constructed so that they are suitable for all fitness levels. I’m in my forties and have had three kids, yet feel stronger and fitter with each passing month. Finally the gym is always spotless and the equipment well maintained.

    Cross Fit Feel Good is by far my favourite gym I have ever belonged to. Even after 2 years, the workouts are still challenging, & I'm still learning new moves & improving my technique with the help of the super supportive & patient coaches! This combined with the camaraderie and encouragement of the other members, whom I now refer to as friends, makes for a wonderful environment. I won't be leaving any time soon!!

    Great gym, highly recommended. I've been coming here for a few years and with Ben's coaching have seen a great improvement in my fitness and strength. Always a focus on safety, correct technique and working within your limits. Great programming that is challenging enough that you always need to work hard, so you keep improving over time; and highly varied workouts so you build all round strength and continually develop new skills. Also a great community of members who have a lot of fun.

    I've been going to CrossFit Fell Good for 2 years already. Since then I have significantly improved my general health and fitness level. In my forties I feel much stronger than in my twenties. Ben is a great coach. He designs programs that are both safe and challenging. And all workouts can be scaled for any fitness level. Highly recommend!

    I am a middle aged woman who has been to a lot of different gyms between two countries and CrossFit Feel Good gym is by far my favourite. Love the people, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the skill level of coaches and the fact that I do get stronger and fitter. A lot of people feel that CrossFit is only for younger, fitter people but it’s not and the coaches are so good at adapting to your skill level and pre existing injuries.

    Whether you’re brand new to exercise or have been training for years, Crossfit Feelgood is a great environment to support and grow all fitness levels. The coaches are friendly and supportive and really know their stuff which helps to create a great community amongst the members.
