    This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I signed my daughter up for a term in the learn to play basketball program which was awful so we decided not to participate in it anymore, but the worst part is that once the term had finished they continued to directly debt money from my account unknowingly to me for over a year after we informed them that we were not going back. When I contacted the centre to ask for a refund of the funds that they essentially stole from my account, they refused and told me that it was my problem, even after I told them that my family was suffering financially. This was extremely disappointing as I thought the centre was community friendly. Please be very careful of what you sign up for in this place because they have ways of trapping you into paying them for services that you don’t use.

    I came tonight as I often do to swim some laps with a mate, but accidentally forgot my towel. I ended up purchasing one from your store for $30 but luckily my mate had a towel for me to use so I tried to return it and the lady said “no refunds or exchange”. I was bemused as it was never mentioned prior to purchasing and I didn’t use the towel in the end. I was returning it new, with a receipt 40 mins after purchasing. Poor customer service from the lady at the desk and has definitely left a bit of a sour taste to be honest. Used to love it here. Won’t be hurrying back.

    Can management please get some heating in the reception area ASAP I went to the gym last Saturday and as soon as I walked in there it was like a frezzer staff were in big thick coats and looked frezzing ! I had goosebumps on my arms from being in there . Why are you not Valuing your staff? Pretty disgraceful!!!

    Show up to do regular swim, duty manager didn't show up so cant run the centre?? Made us wait in cold outside instead of foyer...no time given until DM shows up!!!!! Bad business and not correct member treatment 😔 sad to see they were so cheerful to tell everyone

    This place never seems to bother answering phone calls or return calls after leaving messages during the day, so me and my wife had to come in and pay them a visit. Previously we wanted to cancel our membership because the center is going to be closed for maintenace during the winter. We were told by one of the staff members that we could go and use the one in Camden and that it had the same facilities however Camden's pool is outdoor only. Feeling misled and let down we came back again to cancel our membership and as my wife tried to explain to Evelyn that she is heavily pregnant and that she does not want to use the outdoor pool during the winter, we were treated with the most sarcastic, petty, rude and disrespectful comments made by Carly and Alexis. My wife was enraged by the comments which should never be aimed at anyone let alone a heavily pregnant woman who has a lot to deal with. Management if you're a reading this, i urge you to re train your staff in how to provide real customer service if you want to keep your customers happy and on the books. Not sure if we would ever consider coming back here in the future. Credit to Evelyn she kept calm and composed under pressure and handled it the way it should have been handled.

    I love coming here. All three pools are clean. The spa is large and spacious and warm . Staff are wonderful and friendly and won't hesitate to talk to you or help you out. People who come here are friendly to so no trouble makers just nice people in general.

    I obtained a complimentary 5-day fitness pass, and the staff informed me that I could book group fitness classes up to 3 days in advance. Yesterday when I called to make a reservation, Anthony answered the phone and stated that I am not permitted to book in advance. He mentioned that I can only walk in on the day of the class if spots are available. According to him, the previous staff member provided me with incorrect information. I feel upset and dissatisfied with their handling of the situation. Internal staff issues should not impact customer satisfaction, and I believe they should have resolved this matter more effectively.

    So pleased with how comfortable i feel here. I had come there to test my swimming ability and felt so confident being here. Chloe one of the fabulous life guard was so sweet and encouraging. I am definitely going to be a regular customer !

    Non-availability of the facility: I cannot remember a day when one or more of the facilities in the pool or pull area was not working. For instance today the steam room was fully shut down, the jets on the spa wasn’t working, they have half of the pool closed for some time, so all the children are crowding on one side of the pool, making it difficult to use. Pool cleanliness: Moses everywhere event you don’t have to look around for long to find a cockroach. Suspicious activity: Today I have complained to the Centre‘s assistant manager, and immediately he fixed the jacks on the spa, but the temperature temperature was all fully cold. This happened several times before apparently whenever I complain, the assistant manager come and fix the jacks straightaway this is suspicious. The staff are and friendly if you approach them to tell something, they will look away with very few exception. If there is any other option, I want suggest this facility to anyone.

    The netball competition was a half decent comp until the umpires continued to be absolutely hopeless. The grand final tonight was disgusting and umpires were biased, absolutely shocking and had no idea whatsoever. They ruined a good competitive game and were one sided the whole time. Definitely made a HUGE impact on the game and gave us no chance to win at all.

    The pools and gym are a great local solution that it cheap but the main deal-breaker is staff. Not all staff are rude, infact one of them (forgot his name) was very kind and easy going, however two of the gym staff have alot of attitude and are downright rude for no apparent reason

    Why are our teenagers Children not welcome at the leisure centre My 17-year-old daughter cannot take her 15 year old Sister to the pool? The rule state you must be over 18. Why can my Daughter work drive pay Taxes, but it’s not old enough to go to the local pool with her 15 year old sister. The Y does not own our leisure centre, we the people of Camden own it And the council better take note

    Staff here are always so helpful, accomodating and friendly. Jodey helped me today by sorting my sons swimming lessons and was so lovely. The whole team is great and smiling. Grateful to have this space in our community.

    First of all nice pools my daughters loved it , but what i felt very uncomfortable is that i was not allowed to take photo of MY OWN baby , mind u absolutely noone was around her or behind her . It was first time her being on pools . Made me feel like i was some type of criminal , also lots of life Guard was walking around and looking st people’s phone to make sure noone taking photos yet when my daughter vomited noone was around to help out took them ages to come to me , and after 10min finally someone showed up . They should be more worried about kids n that someone aint drowning, but they more worried who is on the phone .
