Garden view sites shown on website as in a tree area. Site given was not anywhere near the trees or garden. The picture of garden view sites showed long sites, long enough to keep caravan hitched to car. My site was only just long enough for caravan, had to unhitch and hitch up again. Quite a lot of noise. Toilets were clean.

Nice relaxed caravan park with lovely staff. Much more personable and friendly than in some bigger parks. Pet friendly. Hard to believe you're on the edge of Sydney with the paddocks of horses just over the fence. If I came again I'd try to get a site on the non-road side- traffic started early even on a Sunday. But overall a really clean pleasant place to stay. Would definitely come again.

The cabin we had was clean, tidy and had all the necessities we required for for our stay. Great location with a grocer across the road and a coffee van setup, supermarket and restaurants all within close range. Only gave a 4star as it was difficult getting through via phone to organize a late check in on arrival. Other then that it was a great stay.

We always stay here, so central to where we are visiting. Laundry and camp kitchen are good, new washing machines are terrific and plenty of line space. The amenities are dated but clean and it was disappointing to see 1 shower and 1 sink dripping in the bathroom near the laundry The sites are a good size and easy to negotiate Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming Will book again

We enjoyed staying here. Nicole was so helpful and flexible with us. Feels like being in the country with the horses in the land next to us. We felt safe, very quiet at night. Handy coffee and fruit shop across the road too.

Very convenient place to stay. Close to shops and easy access to main roads. Good base for sight seeing. Affordable powered van sites. Dump point. Clean facilities. Well maintained. Staff are friendly and engaging. Management keeps you informed via text messages, very thoughtful. Some drive through sites. Other sites easy to negotiate van parking. Online booking process is simple and easy to use. Pretty quiet at night too. We'd stay there again.

Stayed just one night on my way from Brisbane to Adelaide. It was exactly what I needed: a private, quiet little cabin with icy aircon fans a comfy bed. Very clean, they accommodated my late arrival, easy to find. Only heard the occasional passing car from the road out front. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 2 nights in caravan powered site. Facilities were clean and tidy. Grounds maintained well. Our site didn’t have a grey water point. Apart from that, staff were friendly informed us well how to get to our site and the map was useful

Not been to critical, shower taps leaked all night and need replacing. Air conditioner needs a clean. Otherwise great, I have stayed with you before and tell how much work you guys have put into the whole park in the last 12 months. Wow what a difference with presentation, so clean and tidy, gardens and lawns. Most importantly the staff are amazing. Rex

I camped here for 2 nights & I was so impressed with how clean it was as a caravan park! There just felt like there was care, which is really nice! Felt super safe camping & really loved the area- lots of paths to walk, so could get in a good morning & afternoon walk! I came prepared with all my food but great to note for next time that right across is a fruit barn + cafe= so food, brekky or coffee out options are right there! Will definitely be back, thank you so much :)

Used an unpowered camp site. Great place to stay. Quiet location but walking distance to the town...and a stones throw to Park Run (if that is your thing). Facilities and grounds are maintained to a good standard. Staff are friendly and will to help. Great value for money.

We stayed in a comfortable & clean cabin that was dog friendly so we could have our 2 girls with us also. Able to check in late using key box after a long day driving. Cabin had everything we needed. Would only suggest bedside tables for charging phones & table lamp. Fruit shop across the road was very handy, we bought a lasagna & heated it up in the cabin oven for dinner. Would stay again!

We stayed 1 night on a powered site with our van. Facilities close to site. Water, power and grey water discharge at each site was convenient. Staff very helpful with our late booking request. Would stay again.

We stayed here in September with our family of 4 + dog. We broke down on the way there, on a weekend where nothing was open. The staff at Poplar Tourist Park offered us support, advice, and assured us we'd have a place to stay if we needed to be there longer while sorting out repairs. We honestly can't fault our stay, thank you for having us and for taking care of us 😊

Mouldy and broken toilets/showers. Spotlights everywhere so bright it's hard to sleep. Told staff we were sleeping in tents so I expected we would be put on grass but instead we were assigned gravel and the spot was so tight we couldn't get the guy ropes out without blocking the footpaths. Plenty of room in the tent area so not sure why we had to setup in a caravan spot. Camp kitchen was a joke and the laundry did not have half the appliances working so we had to wait in line most of the day. I know this is real negative but there were so many issues I could never recommend it

Great park. Have stayed in our van previously but on last occasion, in 1 bed cabin. Good central location and quiet. Cabin was great, staff friendly and helpful, and price is reasonable.

Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Room was on point for all we needed and short walk to main town centre meant for easy entertainment and activity. Fruit market across the road has so much to offer including a great park for kids fun.

The caravan parking sites are adequate and power and taps are located appropriately. There is great night lighting around the park making it feel a safe place to be . I saw a police patrol car doing its round late/early at night/morning adding to a sense of safety. The ammenities block was up stairs which is a bit of putting, especially when having to do a mid night pit stop , but motion sensor lighting ensured a sure footed climb. These facilities could do with an update as they are a little old fashioned and worn .

Perfect stop over for a one night stay with the dogs. The cabin had everything that we needed! We were travelling with a car and caravan and did not want to unhitch everything for a one night stay. We were able to park the car and van close by which made our lives much easier! Happy to stay again! 😀

All that we require is at Poplar. We’ve been before this weekend and we are booked to go again, which, I think says it all. It’s not far from home for us but a convenient place to stay when we’re attending events near Camden. The staff are helpful, amenities are clean and Camden is a lovely town.

The site was a good size with everything easy to access. The park is well lit up and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were kept up to date with all that was happening within the park. Great coffee place across the road. Would definitely stay again

We stay here whenever we come to Sydney. The cabins are clean and well outfitted and we are able to have a dog friendly cabin as we always travel with our small dog. Staff are friendly and helpful and beds are very comfortable which is important as you age. Thoroughly recommend

We had a site for our caravan. Beautiful setting. Staff were so friendly on checking & out. Considering the park was flooded earlier this year, they've done an amazing job to bring it to such a great standard again. Well done, we'll definitely stay again if in the area.

Great park in a quiet location. Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Grounds and facilities very clean. We had some issues with our caravan and the staff were very knowledgable about who could help us. Great fruit and veggie shed across the road and highly recommend the 2 Eggs Cafe that is located outside the shed.

We had a Camplify van delivered and our caravan site was nice and central to all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff and our other camper neighbours were awesome! If I had to pick at anything it would be that on a few occasions my shower at night was cold. We would definitely stay here again though! Thanks team!

We stay here anytime we come to Sydney and have always found it great. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of campsites, close to big shops, awesome BMX bike track just up the road and close public transport are just some of the highlights of our stays. Good for families.

We actually stayed overnight at a unpowered site, as my husband needed to drop me at the domestic airport, so needed to drop off the van. I made the booking over the phone and was really happy with the friendliness of the staff. Upon arrival I was greeted with the same friendly smile and checking in was no issue. Plenty of area to chose from and very happy with the location 🤗
