Beautiful environment. Had an amazing facial, leg and head massage. I felt uplifted and relaxed by the professionalism of my Therapist and indeed the whole experience. Will definitely be booking another appointment soon. 5 stars!!

It's about time I left a review for this business. I have been going there for years now. I could go much closer to home for beauty treatment, but Urban Spa Avalon (and other Urban Spas I have tried previously) have always been amazing. Totally professional, always great service and very friendly. I feel special here every visit. I have nothing negative I could say here. The therapists here are top class therapists. Urban Spa as a brand is just so good. Their retail products are excellent as well.

My skin has never felt better, highly recommend! I have been getting regular facials and LED. Paris is amazing and makes me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. She is incredibly informative and customises the treatment to my skin each visit. Couldn’t be happier!

The Avalon Urban Spa is incredible. I love this place. The ladies are so sweet, courteous and incredibly attentive. I've been coming here for a decade and have left never left without feeling calm, serene and more beautiful than when I arrived. Tiffany is just gorgeous and always accommodates my lateness or last minute postponements. I just love this spa!

I had a beautiful firm massage: back, neck, shoulders and feet, very relaxing and therapeutic. I then had skin needling on my face. Tif was amazing and answered all my questions, she was so knowledgeable and all in all it was a lovely experience. Returning in two weeks!

I couldn’t recommend Paris and the Urban Spa team highly enough. I’ve been seeing her regularly for my facials and other treatments. My skin has improved so much that I rarely wear makeup anymore. Paris has a magic touch and her treatments are heavenly. I’m always counting down the days until my next visit.

If you want a indulgent facial in a calm & relaxing place that’s clean, fresh & with informative staff then this is your place. Every time I go for a facial I love it, complete with head, shoulder, foot & have massage it’s a real treat.

I had RF treatment, LED facial and eye crows and lashes lifted and tinted. Always a pleasure to attend Urban Spa. Tash is always great at whatever treatment I have which is why I am a repeat client. I would definitely recommend her if you want a professional and relaxing spa experience.
