    Camille is the warm, sunny energy of yoga and mindfulness! She takes you to the bright and joyful side of life through asana, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness. Her experience in teaching is world-class and you can expect to be held and supported by a very experienced teacher.

    Camille conducts fortnightly yoga sessions at our office, and I always look forward to it! She gives us the option of what we want to focus on for next class, which could be relaxation, stretching, mindfulness, strength building, etc. My favourite thing about her classes is that she lets us have fun with it and we always end up laughing. Every single session I leave feeling happier and healthier. I couldn't recommend her enough!

    Camille is an engaging speaker- she ran a one hour workshop on resilience for around 50 university students. She had engaging content that related very well to the students current situation. Camille is always professional, confident and an ease to work with!

    Yoga with Camille is something I look forward to at work! She always has something new for us to try and we always end up laughing and smiling the whole way through. She even let's us bring the office dog in to try his hand at yoga! I would happily recommend her for anyone :)

    I have been really lucky to have participated in Camille’s Monday Mindfulness Meditation session for almost 12 months now. I could not recommend this reset for your mental health. Camille is a calm, responsible practitioner who leads with compassion. I have used a number of different programs and practitioners in the past but would not look any further now. Thank you Camille for all that you have done for me and my mindfulness

    Working with Camille was a great experience. Her approach was incredibly tailored to our audience as well as the Corporate environment - putting up her own posts on LinkedIn and also sharing engagement stats on those posts. Absolutely went above and beyond and would have her back in the office in a heartbeat for our next yoga session. 6 stars!!

    Camille taught a brilliant Mental Health First Aid course at my workplace. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend her as an instructor, and the course in general.
