I've been having treatments at Body Catalyst Wetherill Park since October last year. Girls are really lovely and nice to talk to. They make me feel welcome and comfortable every time I come. They even helped me out when I had to bring my kids in once, they entertained little one and I was able to finish my treatment. They were so considerate and understanding which meant a lot to me that day . I love how easy it is to make a booking with them too, they're happy to work around my busy schedule with work and kids and there are no issues if I have to reschedule. I must say that Biggest shout out goes to Miriam who's been looking after me from the beginning. First, I had a thorough consultation with her regarding the treatments required to help me achieve my goals. I went to few other places for consultation too and they couldn't compare to professionalism Miriam provided. She didn't try to squeeze everything in 10-15minutes like other clinics did, but instead she gave me her full attention and was open to silly questions. I also liked how she discussed my nutrition plan with me too and pointed out how important this is to achieve results I want. She's not just a beautician, she is really knowledgeable and passionate about the work she does and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during and after the treatments. Her bubbly personality makes every visit pleasant and enjoyable! I'm half way through my treatments and I can already see and feel the difference. From the moment I received a call from Miriam explaining about the procedures to receiving treatments from Brittany and Hana, I have been treated like a good friend. I cannot fault the staff at all and have also seen immediate results doing the cellulite reduction treatments. I have also seen super quick results using the Tesla chair! Keep up the great work team. Miriam attritubes core values and went beyond for me. She took the time to consult and assessed me. We established a treatment plan accommodating towards my body goals. Ive had treatment on the tesla chair and recently purchased more! I love the results and so does my partner! I was apprehensive about fat freezing but after Miriam explained the technology of their elite machine. She is well versed and has a wealth of product knowledge.
