Can not thank Elliott from Inflatable World Campbelltown enough. We called 9:15am this morning after unexpected torrential rain ruined our party at the park plans and he went above and beyond to cater to our family. He sectioned off a back area as the party rooms were already booked, set up extra tables and chairs : even provided us with some utensils throughout the party that we didn’t have . If it wasn’t for him, our party would’ve 100% been cancelled. His understanding and prompt action made my girls birthday! Thank you so much Elliot, your customer service was above and beyond! We will 100% be back thanks to you’ the experience at Campbelltown was by far better here than other inflatable worlds we have attended .

Can not fault the team , Elliott and brendon were so helpful and accommodating. They are reliable and answer any questions you have.

I paid for a birthday party package for my 2 year old and was extremely disappointed in the party room. It was disgusting, dirty, old and unsanitary!! Extremely small & could not even provide normal chairs. Was full of camping chairs. Employee was wonderful but party rooms need MAJOR UPDATING.

A big shout out to Elliot of Campbelltown Inflateable World- he has created such an incredible empathetic environment and acceptance of children with Autism at his Campbelltown facility. He offered to let my child play for free. I asked if he had a child with autism and he explained that the grew up with children with autism and Down’s syndrome and it was the best education he could have hoped for. Wow that comment was so energising and positive and complimentary to all families of children with additional needs. Thank you Elliot.

My daughter celebrated her birthday here. Even though the party rooms were booked out staff still accommodated us by providing tables and chairs. They let you bring your own food which most places don't allow. The staff were very helpful. The kids really enjoyed themselves. It was a great place to have a party :) thank you!!!

We had a 8th birthday party there and the kids really enjoyed it, plenty of space to run around and lots inflatable's to jump on, nice and big with a net around it so if they inside you know where they are because the entrance is where the tables are, 1 side go in/ out plus the parents can walk in to watch their children playing inside, they do have a shop there but just drinks and lollies, you're allowed to bring your food and drinks , and I say to bring plenty of water and drinks for the kids, they just wanted to play, good place to go on a rainy day as it's inside so I think it's awesome and will go back again for sure 💯👍🏻

Too busy and not at al clean. Wanted to organize a birthday party there but after seeing the condition I didn’t want to. Ok for a play day but wouldn’t recommend for birthday parties.

Good fun for the kids, was a bit hard to take the younger kids though because although they had a seperate option for young kids the older kids didn’t care and went in there. Other than that, it was definitely a nice affordable outing.

One of the smaller venues we have been to. My 4 year old was bored after 40 mins. However she did had a good time, it wasn't too busy which was nice, I would recommend to kill an hour or so. Shame you aren't able to buy a coffee here though like the other venues, just personal preference. Edited- was supposed to rate 4 stars!
