    A big thank you to the Chatswood team! I was struggling to get an appointment anywhere and was thrilled that they provide a walk-in service. Luckily, the wait wasn’t too bad. The GP I saw really took the time to understand my concerns and provide really simple and effective advice. Having pathology services on site was great too! Thank you! You saved me a lot of time when I was feeling really crook.

    I have to admit I was a little nervous to come here after reading all the bad reviews. This was the first time I visit a GB in Australia since we moved here from overseas and I have nothing but positive things to say about this Medical Centre! I had to call to make the first appointment booking and the reception answered in just a few minutes during the weekend. I met Dr. T Ramanatha and later next week Dr. M Rajaratnam. They were both very caring and genuinely interested in my symptoms without any rush. Our son has seen Dr. Feng Foo and I can highly recommend her too! Also all the people working at the reception were kind and helpful. Big respect to them for their great work to make us feeling better and healthier. Thank you - very much appreciated. 🙏🏼

    Very poor customer service. Whilst calling and on hold for 25 minutes I drove there, queued in the line, arrived at the front, showed the young bloke my phone which was still on hold, asked him if it was the centres number? Yes and we’re not taking any more patients. Well I’m on hold and you’ve not bothered to answer. The centre manager thinks this behaviour is fine. Told her I was on hold 30 minutes earlier in the day. Same response.

    I totally understand the fact that there is staff shortages and this is the case in many industries although arriving at the centre as a walk in patient and being told 2-3 hours I am willing to wait. I am now told after nearly 4 hrs my child may not be seen until late this afternoon and we just have to “wait and see” because the doctor has left. There is no customer service!

    As usual my visit to Chatswood Medical & Dental Centre was a very pleasant one. The receptionist lady was really courteous and efficient. Within minutes of taking a seat in the waiting room I was respectfully invited into the Practician's surgery and treated by him with his absolute & knowledgeable attention.

    Booked for 12.45 at 12. Planned to be in and out during lunch break. Arrived early to fill out new patient form and waited for 40 minutes before being seen. Doctor was nice but reception should prioritise payments before new arrivals since they have already served their time. Since the 4 people in line were clearly taking priority and several minutes each, and I had yet even to be acknowledged, let alone addressed, I was able to leave without paying.

    very poor customer service. First time visit. I waited in the queue until my turn and the reception asked me to fill a form. The reception told me after I finished filling the form I can directly come to see her no need to queue a second time. I did what she told me to do and still waited until the patient she dealt with has left. When I told her I have finished the form she treated me impatiently and asked me to go back to the end of the queue again! I explained I have queued and that she told me I can directly come back with the filled form to her. However, the reception denied everything she said to me but just said she was busy and asked me to go back to the end of queue and queue again! Then she continued to do her work and I tried to communicate but she pretend not hearing me. Poor experience at the reception and can not believe the reception is so unprofessional. Lucky the doctor Gary Wu is very a good doctor, giving professional advice and being very patient .

    Our family have been coming to Chatswood Medical and Dental for 26 years now. All the doctors here are supportive, caring and professional in their approach. However, enough can't be said about the dedication, wisdom and knowledge of Dr Manjula Rajaratnum, she's truly one of a kind. An amazing, kind and compassionate physician whom always listens to our concerns and goes over and beyond to deliver such a high standard of patient care. Thank you, so much for your contribution and efforts in keeping us well. I admire you and appreciate your unwavering support after all these years. You're simply the best in all that you do and we are beyond grateful to have found such an amazing, gifted Doctor in you!!

    I visited Chatswood Medical Centre seeking help for a severely inflamed right knee. The situation was urgent as my knee was visibly swollen and noticeably warmer than my left knee. The pain was excruciating, making it incredibly difficult to walk without experiencing sharp discomfort. I made an appointment for 4 pm to see Dr. Susan Pen. Regrettably, the experience fell far short of my expectations. Despite the urgency of my condition, the service I received was below par and dissapointing. Not only did I feel rushed through the consultation, but I also sensed a lack of empathy and thoroughness in addressing my concerns. I received no examination, nor a detailed analysis of the issue or a clear plan for treatment. the whole consultation lasted less than 2 minutes, followed by a referral paper for an X-ray and a verbal script of Panadol which doesn't even have anti-inflammatory properties to ease the condition i have. I sincerely hope that improvements are made in the level of attention, empathy, and thoroughness of care for future patients, as everyone deserves compassionate and competent medical attention, especially in moments of distress.

    I had an excellent experience at Chatswood Medical Center with Dr. Arash. The convenience of booking appointments through the app is truly commendable. The receptionist, a young and friendly individual, consistently wears a welcoming smile, demonstrating remarkable patience and helpfulness. His proficiency in managing his role is noteworthy. Dr. Arash impressed me with his dedication, spending quality time with patients and showcasing exceptional expertise. I highly recommend this medical center for its efficient service and competent staff.

    I had a Telehealth appointment with my regular doctor. The call came a little earlier than scheduled and we went through all necessary items . It is a quick and efficient way to have the appointment. Naturally, it is not sufficient for some consultations as face to face is required.

    Have been going here for over 10 years, to a regular GP; and occasionally others when she wasn’t available. All have been excellent both in knowledge and manner. It does get very busy at peak times. Recent reorganising of the support services and HotDoc self-check-in seem to be really positive improvements to manage the peak patient times too which is great.

    Dear Chatswood and Dental Team In the past five years, due to my car accident injuries and my interactions with Chatswood Medical and Dental Center, they have provided excellent services in monitoring and managing patients' conditions. I am deeply impressed, especially by my GP, Dr. Ping Li, who has always provided timely assistance and treatment during critical moments of my illness. This fully embodies the medical ethics of a doctor saving lives and practicing humanitarianism. I am very grateful.

    Usually the service is good as I am a casual patient there. However this time I went to do my commerical driver medical assessment, they put me with Dr Pen which she wasn't helpful at all. She was pretty rude especially the way she declined what I wanted from her and told me that I need to rebook another session as I have to pay for it 'which I was happy to pay the $140 amount'. I wasn't sure if she was eligible to do that assessment as a doctor or didn't want to do it as I thought I could've bulk bill it, both ways I was happy to pay for it but she didn't make it clear for me. She said she needed some papers which I had them on my phone, but for some reason didn't want to print them, inserting for me to go to the service centre and print them for there, although she had a printer machine right next to her computer. After that, I went back to the reception and explained the situation, then they put me with Dr. Garo which he was more than happy to help. I mentioned to the receptionist that I don't have the papers physically with me, she was very helpful and was happy to print them for me from her printer machine. I don't know if Dr. Pen was having a bad day or something but anyway, I wouldn't recommend anyone to see her.
