I have been practicing yoga on and off for years at different studios. After meeting Krystle 2 years ago I haven’t looked at another studio and now practicing on a regular basis. Her teaching style is very unique. I haven’t been to a yoga studio that has taught the same way. Krystle and all the teachers in the studio have a way of making you feel comfortable, whatever stage you’re in. I’ve never felt embarrassed if I couldn’t manage a pose. They provide options for every individual. I am also now in a different stage in my life (pregnancy) and I feel very safe in Krystle’s hands. As the months go by she makes sure to provide modifications to suit changes throughout pregnancy in every class I attend. The classes are also smaller than other yoga studios I’ve attended which means you will be very looked after in making sure form is correct and if you require modifications for your needs. I highly recommend Krystle and her team if you are thinking of starting yoga or looking for a different studio.

This is a nice, boutique yoga studio. Krystle is a good teacher and caters to all levels. The classes are small enough that teachers get to know the students. Various pass options are available, but this place is on the pricey side.

I came to Sydney on a work term and I felt I needed some structured exercise classes a few times week and I stumbled across Yoga in Motion. I have never been someone who practiced yoga and let alone enjoyed it, but can truly say I have been changed in the last month! I have taken classes mostly with Stephanie and she has been incredibly patient and supportive as I have experimented and became more confident in my practice. I highly recommend this studio for people of any level -as they have classes for people who are fresh into yoga, and those highly experienced yogi's who have been at it for year. If want to be taught by experienced and caring teachers, then this is your studio!

I'm currently mid-way the beginners course, and I'm really loving it! I tried some open classes this week and I could see how much I had learned in so little time. I always felt a little bit nervous about trying out Yoga classes, but Krystle is an amazing and patient teacher. I'm already planning to book Level one, as well as other open classes. In the short time I have been doing Yoga, I have noticed that my health and energy have improved a lot. I would highly recommend Yoga in Motion to anyone!

Fell in love with yoga at Yoga in Motion doing a beginners course and I know I will be practicing it for the rest of my life. All teachers lead by Krystle are welcoming and give clear easy to follow instructions. Ive turned from extremely inflexible with back pain to being very aware of my own body and how its feeling. All classes are the perfect amount of challenging to grow with different options to take in each class. Perfect studio to start out and grow!

The classes at Yoga In Motion were both challenging enough and doable enough for me. Krystle is very attentive and she made sure I was doing the right poses for my level. Coming back to yoga after years is not easy but Krystle certainly helped out. The space is also beautiful and very relaxing and sooooo clean!!!!! If that's a thing for you then you can rest assured at this studio. I would recommend these yoga classes, oh and also there's an awesome cafe downstairs for coffee after yoga!

Yoga in Motion is easily the best yoga place I have ever been to. Krystle is an amazing teacher who takes the time to adjust and correct her students, pushing them to be the best yogis they can be! The classes give you ample opportunity to improve your yoga knowing that you are in a supportive environment. If you ever wanted a yoga class where you can learn how take the next step in a pose, this is the studio for you!

I'm a beginner to yoga, and have found Yoga in Motion the best place to start! The weekly workshop class has allowed me to solidify the different poses/positions so I'm more prepared for the other classes with higher expectations. It's been really wonderful. The staff are all really kind and helpful, and the studio is beautifully designed and extremely clean! I would definitely recommend this studio to any one, from beginners (such as myself) to the extremely experienced!

This is by far the best yoga studio I've been to. Krystle provides individual attention to each student in group classes and helps students to modify and adapt their practice for anything going on with their body in class. Krystle has dedicated much of her life to learning, teaching and practicing yoga. She mentors other teachers in the studio and has built a beautiful, inclusive and supportive community. She offers very precise feedback to help with body alignment when performing the asana (poses) to build flexibility and strength. This is only a part of what is on offer, she pays close attention to the breathing of students to help calm the mind. I came to the studio with poor posture and through practice I've built strength in my body and mind and feel much more at ease in my own skin. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Krystle is the best yoga teacher I've met. Come do the beginner's course and you'll never look back!
