I’ve had a bit of a mixed bag here which is fine if it’s bulk billed. However, it costs $40 (the gap) to get my results (even when they are fine) I think this is unreasonable. I also feel like they’re a bit dismissive of my illness which if left untreated can lead to serious complications. This place is fine if you need some antibiotics or something but I don’t think they’re very good for anything more serious.

NEVER COMING BACK. Receptionists are terrible, rescheduled an appointment for 5:15PM (after rescheduling twice cause of car trouble) and when I finally made my way there, they told me my GP was with another patient. Unbelievable treatment. Edit to respond to the comment: I’m sure I came on time at 5:15. No one tried to explain that to me at the reception I can guarantee you that, the only response I was given was “sorry you weren’t booked in”.

Dr Andrew Sun was able to diagnose my son’s asthma induced after suffering from influenza A. I would definitely recommend him due to his knowledge, professionalism & was able to prescribe the correct medication. Dr Sun will now become his new GP.

Booked online, parked across the street but it looks like they have their own parking behind the building. Very easy check in process, no need to bring my Medicare card cause they can pull it up on system. The wait on a weekday Wednesday was quick. They have a someone in training sitting in with the GP. A swift turnaround just to get paperwork for blood work. Will return everyone was very professional

Doctor Komal Prahbu is outstanding! It's so hard to find a gp for the family but she is thorough, compassionate and really good with my baby and us. We recommended her to our friend and she spoke highly of her too! The practice is great - quick online booking system and check in, all staff very friendly and helpful. Wll recommend!

I have received great care from the team at Botany Road Doctors. Both doctors that I have seen took the time to understand me, and were also very kind. The building itself is clean, little to no wait times, and good tech / communication, and reception staff.

I visit this centre a couple of years ago for Covid vaccination, and decided to stay with this clinic for health check up and pathology test. Their service and care is excellent. The place is clean and tidy with relax atmosphere. Receptionists are always friendly and greet me when I come in. This is the best medical centre for me so far.

Botany Road Doctors is a lovely practice with friendly staff. I was completely impressed with Dr Gabriel Arokiasamy professionalism. He is pleasant to speak with at every appointment, always taking the time to listen to your issues and has shown true commitment to solve them. I highly recommend him without hesitation. Dr Gabriela is always friendly and professional! Nursing staff were so helpful when I took my 1 year old for vaccinations.

I can finally give these guys 5 stars - you don't need to wear a mask in here anymore. Well done on moving past the hype and getting on with life. I didn't visit for 18 months because mask wearing was compulsory so I had to go to another doctor.
