Unfortunately I paid $102 for 3 salads, 2 veggie burger meals and 1 chips, only to find my substandard salads were all missing elements. Off site manager wanted me to drive all the way back for the avocado, not new salads or refund. Never ever again.

Worst food worst service I got this what they call a wrap it’s into pieces I gave it to the worker to fix it for me then she took it gave it to someone he just changed the paper. The workers were sooo rude and they were laughing at me

Parking at the front of the store with ease... Walked in and ordered a Familia Feed... As we went to sit down the place was a mess, no one had cleaned the tables or floors for a while by the looks of things... It was disgusting... On top of that my wife opened up her burger and the chicken did not look healthy at all... She went back and ask for another burger as it wasn't cooked well... My daughter didn't want to eat her burger after seeing her mums burger as she was disgusted in what she saw... Overall I will not be going back to this store anymore because of the bad experience we had last night... Cost wise the Familia Feed has gone up from $35 to an extra $5 to $40 for the Familia Feed (Terrible)... Second Oporto's store i wont be going back too anymore...

I wish I can pop couple of more stars here , but limited to 5 😅. I had the best Brekky today after ages , this store redefined the make and got my taste buds back to life. Chicken was well grilled and gentleman wrapped it with care making it look and taste delicious. Highly recommend this store :)

Was not happy with the service or the presentation of my food ,not to mention it didn't taste very fresh or appetising! Sadly was disappointed and after spending $50 on lunch for me and 2 friends,I wouldn't go back to this particular store again!. In this climate of financial stress due to the cost of living crisis,every dollar really matters ? Businesses should be serving the best quality they can offer!! Mediocre is unacceptable and will eventually show up in the bottom line...😞😕🥺🤔

Harsh the store manager and the rest of his crew make the best burgers in town- fresh and excellent quality. Always coming back for more. Great food and even better service

I ordered a chicken wrap combo. They put ONE tender in there. ONE. what the hell am I gonna do with ONE tender in a whole wrap. Never going to Oporto again.

This is the slowest oportos I have ever been to, there’s no chance you’ll be in and out without waiting a while in the drive thru. And this is the only oportos where I’ve had to repeat myself in the drive thru 100 times because apparently I’m speaking jibberish. 3 stars because the food was nice and fresh, customer service needs improvement

Service was lovely, Sindhu made sure the order was perfect and had a really lovely attitude and smile :)
