Went to Indian Beauty Secrets in Westfield, Level 2, Paramata for hair cut on Saturday (4 days back). Happy did the haircut, and the cut looked fabulous. However I waited before writing a feedback here, so that I can see the real effect after a hair wash. And am very glad that the cut is very clean and upto my expectations. HAPPY with HAPPY 😊 And if you want to book appointment with Happy, he is available at the parlour on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

I came to get my full face wax done today, which includes eyebrow and lip threading. It cost me $35. I also booked a hot oil scalp massage for an additional $40. It's my first visit and I'm super impressed with their services. Sheeta did an excellent job with my waxing and threading. The scalp massage was super relaxed as well performed by Namarta, was incredibly relaxing. By the way, the shop is located on the ground floor, not the one at level 5. Overall, thank you for the best service. I look forward to coming back again soon!

I am impressed with the service that I received from Mr.Happy (Level 2) today. He's excellent at his job and I would love to come back again to cut my hair. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

She shaped my brows, which are very difficult to treat and the lash lift she did for me is perfect and my lashes are stunning now! Everything was perfectly done and relaxing! I have been going here for almost 3 years to get my eyebrows done. It’s always been wonderful but today, I felt very uncomfortable after I got my eyebrows waxed, turns out my skin was peeled and it’s burning like hell and is of course very painful. May be from next time, heat your wax a bit better, don’t rush to get things done. Or better give alternatives like threading if the wax is not heated enough.

I went for a facial appointment today and let me tell you, manpareet absolutely blew me away with her exceptional skills. She displayed utmost professionalism throughout the entire session, leaving no room for any doubts. The facial she gave me was truly top-notch, making it an experience I will never forget.

Worst experience ever. Went to thread my eyebrows. The girl was very unprofessional and unfriendly. She was in a hurry to finish the job and not to do a proper job. Never listened to what I had to say and always cut me off when I tried to talk. Worst of all the eyebrows were uneven and she even damaged my skin. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all cost.

She has got very big eyes and she looks aggressive in general. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy, she seemed dismissive and asked me to accept having some hair left, citing an inability to remove them. Moreover, the waxing process itself was surprisingly painful, making the overall experience uncomfortable and far from the professional service I expected. I believe that customer service representatives, especially in a beauty parlour, should prioritize client comfort and satisfaction. I understand that occasional lapses in service may occur, but the combination of rudeness and a painful procedure has left me with a negative impression of your establishment. I believe addressing these issues promptly will not only retain current customers but also contribute to the overall improvement of your salon's reputation.
