I just had a hair cut and wash today. The hair wash is super terrible. Less than 5 mins wash and not at all good smell. She also didn’t clean my hair properly that i have to wash it again at home. That’s a waste of time and money! For the hair cut, i just wanted to cut it short and some layers at the front part. When i am not yet satisfied with the hair length, she told me i will be charged more if i get one more cut??? I have to finish it that point to not being charged extra. I don’t understand what kind of service is that?

Me and my partner went to the hair salon in the CBD for the first time, through our mutual friend recommendations. The stylists were super nice and did our hairs well that meets our visions. Came here a few times and tried haircuts with different hairdressers. Previous times were good. This visit was the most disappointing. Came for Digital perm but machine did not work. Probably not the best digital perm outcome as it was more like the old fashion perm. Also the removing n redoing of the curlers prolonged the time. Cut wasn’t as per description nor picture shown. Wanted a lob cut but turned out more like a bob cut. Color was definitely not their forte. Showed pictures but final outcome was far from desired and picture shown. Creativity just wasn’t there to achieve the desired effect and color result was far from expectations. Disappointing visit all up. Mentioned at check out that the cut n color was far from picture but got the shrug. Not sure if she understood or had any idea how to resolve the issue.

Rachel is so amazing, will only get my hair done by her from now on. She listens to what you want and generally just so good at her job, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hairdresser was the manager and her knowledge is good as she told me the style I wanted to be short term perm and she let know the work around a on what is similar and could look similar and last a lot longer. I originally had my doubts but the perm ending up like something I wanted after a good rinse after 24 hours so I am pretty satisfied. Overall pretty good experience.

It had a lower price point than other hairdresser's, but it's still a little disappointing that they don't offer trim service. Makes freshening up a tad pricey. Still, I went in without an appointment and got my hair done after thirty minutes. The stylists were professional, friendly, and efficient.

hilda did such a lovely job!!!! came in initially for a hair cut and was thinking of getting a perm and ended up doing it :) went through a consultation on how i wanted my hair cut, she patiently went through my pintrest hair board and as u can see it went so well 💜💜💜 will 100% be coming back!!!!

One of the best salons my girlfriend ever visited! Hilda was the one who attended to her and she was very professional and efficient! She even gave advice on how to style the hair in detail from roots to the tips. And also gave advice on how to maintain it properly. Will be going back!!

My go-to for men's trims and cuts. The stylists are professional and take the time to understand what it is you want done (even when you can't really explain it!). Easy and affordable. Recommend booking online!
