Rude receptionist. I visited today (17 April 2013) at around 5:30pm. I got the introduction with girls. However, I waited for 15min, but the receptionist never came in the room and ask me about which girl I want to book. I had to phone them from the waiting room using my mobile phone. When she came, I asked her that maybe you have forgotten me. At this she became angry and said I am very busy as I have four clients and rudely said that I should not blame her for anything. She angrily showed me the outside door and asked me to leave. I had to sadly left the place. I never did anything wrong. Where is the customer service? She could have politely said that she was busy. I mean come on you are working in a customer service role and cannot be rude to your customers. The management should note her rude behavior. Not sure how many clients have already run away just because she cannot handle few clients simultaneously. BTW, this has been favorite place for five years.
