Been to the display centre, told the sales girl I have talked to another agency sales and just wanted to get some brochure and information. She said I have to registrate with her first, otherwise there is no information could be given. However after I registrated she gave me nothing more and admitted there was actually no more information than the brochure at the door. I asked then why you said you would give me more information after my registration, she didn't answer. Later on, my agency sales told me if I had registrated with her, then all the commission would go to her, doesn't matter if she had provided any service or help. Was very interested in this property, but now sorry not going to let a liar to earn my money. Not sure if that's the sales strategy, but I'm very disgusted with this dishonesty.

It was a bad experience renting apartment there. Good that I left after 1 year. Even if you rent choose apartments managed by external agencies and not by Meriton managers. Meriton has least courteous building managers, they behave as if they are doing you a favour. Another thing “be at home when parcel is delivered” these guys do not allow access of mail room to delivery people and will not hold your parcel. This is a huge inconvenience in long run.

This complex contains serviced apartments & a residential building, the location is ideal. The serviced apartments are noisy, constant parties by the young ones and unfortunately the place is staff by inexperienced workers who cannot handle the revellers. I have heard from friends and work colleagues that the residential building is terrible, it has faulty & dirty common areas. I have also heard that they cannot choose their own electricity provider and that they charge over the top prices, ripping the residents off grossly. I have been warned not to rent there.

Beautiful new building with serviced apartments, shops and good restaurants, plus sensational views. A landmark building for Parramatta

The apartments are well maintained. The staff are very good and responsive at anytime you seek help. But they strictly follow the rules by the book. The building has 2 swimming pools and a well equipped gym with 2 shower rooms. They also have spa. Security is good. They also have visitors parking available.

staff at the reception is rude and not at all helpful for the residents staying here . whenever seeking help , there is always an arrogant reply .

Location is good but flats are bit compact.

Looks like it will be an amazing place when it is finished and open to the public in 2-3 months time.
